Background / History

Luna first emerged as the Spore Queen and hidden ruler of the Spore Jungle on the Sam Plane. She halted Medivh's expansion, revealed the reach of her Mycelium Network, and negotiated a partnership: Medivh would provide energy to the Spore Jungle while sharing rule of the Sam Plane with her. She intended to let the Indigenous Kingdom, Odyssey City-State, and Zaun City-State exhaust one another before acting. 304

She cultivated puppet kingdoms on the Tam Plane, opened the Spore Gate, and relied on the Tarot Forest Elf Empire as an early military ally. Her stated goal was to replace small dependent kingdoms with an empire. 443

After studying Medivh's Time Skeletons, Luna developed Mycelium Constructs, Spore Goblins, biochemical mecha concepts, Star Sea Shuttles, and warships. Her cooperation with Medivh gradually transformed the Spore Jungle into an independent industrial and military power. 384 448 480
