Lots of Friends Have Been Asking Me a Question Lately, and I Have to Give It a Serious Answer

They've all been asking why this time I chose the Eastern Fantasy category instead of Science Fiction.

Heh, you youngsters. I did my research a long time ago: this year, the Fantasy section got three beautiful, fair-skinned editors who are unmarried and have no children! Meanwhile, the Science Fiction section is staffed entirely by a bunch of scruffy old men!

So do I really need a reason to choose one over the other?

Oh, and since you all love giving me such a hard time, I'll slowly pay off the extra-chapter debt. We can worry about what comes after that later, right?

Oh, right, I'm sure some of you are going to ask why I spoiled Little Fang's rating as SS before, but it ended up being S. Sorry, sorry, it was a total accident. When I was writing the author's note, Little Earth Girl asked me to glue her Barbie doll's head back on, so I accidentally typed one extra S. Blame her!

I'm innocent.

Oh, by the way, I really didn't order minced pork with eggplant, stir-fried pork with chili peppers, farmhouse-style stir-fried pork, braised eggplant, classic tofu omelet, sweet-and-sour fish, Dongpo pork, saltwater shrimp, twice-cooked pork, tofu stuffed with minced meat, bitter melon and scrambled eggs, jade-green vegetable rolls, sweet-and-sour ribs, Gao Sheng ribs, roasted eggplant with pickled peppers and minced pork, Mao-style braised pork, winter melon and rib soup, Coca-Cola chicken wings, colorful steamed trio of eggs, wood ear mushroom salad, milk-steamed eggs, taro and rib casserole, stir-fried cabbage in vinegar, or rosy winter melon. Or any of those other late-night snacks.

So don't make fun of me.
