Since last year, after Yang State—the country that had inherited the greatest share of the former Yang's legacy and possessed the strongest momentum—declined all the way and was ultimately destroyed in a single war, only Zhao, Chang, and Xu remained of the "Nine Sun-Rising Kingdoms."
