The three-dimensional projection inside the cabin had already displayed the entire landscape below. The lush island was gone, replaced by a vast lake stretching for a hundred miles. Around it were numerous disc-shaped fighters, triangular fighters, and even several bases under construction.
Mist Island Lake was no longer shrouded in mist. Even the island in the middle of the lake had disappeared.
The white-robed Thor pointed at the vast, milky-white lake. "Mist Island Lake is strange. It's home to a huge number of powerful aquatic monsters. And... among them is a terrifying monster with thirteen long tentacles. It's the third Beast Emperor we've discovered on Earth."
Hong pointed toward the island below and said,

"Remember, if you run into that Beast Emperor, don't fight it head-on. Use your flying speed to get as far away as you can." After Hong gave the order, Luo Feng left the cabin.

"You have one too? Where did you get it?"
"Kunlun." Ji Yun grinned smugly. "And that's not all. I found something else that should improve our chances."
With a wave of his hand, Ji Yun produced two Tier 2 Force Battle Suits and two weapons.
"Tier 2 Force Weapons and Force Battle Suits? Where did you find treasures like these?" Thor exclaimed.
Hong and Thor both knew their weapons and armor. Hong was using a Tier 2 Spear Weapon, while Thor still had only a Tier 1 Saber Weapon and the Black God Set.
"With these, I'd say we have a fifty percent chance of killing it."
"No, I think it's closer to one hundred percent." Ji Yun released his life force. He was at Planetary Level Four—a level higher than anyone else on Earth except Hong and Thor.
"With my Planetary Level Four strength and a Planetary Level Five Cloud-Touching Vine, killing a newly emerged Beast Emperor should be easy."

"All personnel, pay attention!"
"I, Hong, Dojo Master of the Limit Dojo, am about to enter Mist Island Lake and kill the Beast Emperor. According to the Optical Computer, the Beast Emperor was 3,500 meters underground.
A huge shadow appeared on Ji Yun's Optical Computer, allowing him to pinpoint the Beast Emperor's location.
"Brother Hong," Ji Yun mouthed silently. "I'll go from this side. You go from the other."
Hong nodded. The two descended from opposite sides and began attacking the Beast Emperor from either direction.

"Disgusting."
Looking at the tentacles, whose surfaces were covered in folds like those of rock, Ji Yun snorted. His domain burst forth, and the hazy blue surroundings slowed the Beast Emperor.
Its huge tentacles thrashed wildly, ripping through the rock and bursting into the sky. But the Beast Emperor itself was fleeing toward the planet's core!
Thor, waiting in the sky, sliced off one of the tentacles. With a Tier 2 Force Weapon in hand and a Planetary Level Seven body, his explosive strength gave him the power to attack like a Planetary Level Eight Martial Artist.
"Bang!" Several tentacles tangled with Ji Yun. They were enormous, nearly twenty meters wide, but also extremely nimble. They had already scraped against him several times, or forced him to block them with his spear.
But Ji Yun wore a Tier 3 Force Battle Suit, with Planetary Level Five Cloud-Touching Battle Armor over it. He wouldn't suffer even the slightest injury. In terms of life level, a Planetary Level Five Cloud-Touching Vine was far superior to the Beast Emperor, not to mention Ji Yun's own combat strength and suppression.

Before long, Ji Yun and Hong had both reached the Beast Emperor's shell.
The shell was incredibly hard. A Tier 1 Weapon couldn't break it, but Hong wielded a Tier 2 Spear Weapon, while Ji Yun had an even more powerful Tier 3 Force Weapon. How could a mere Planetary Level Beast Emperor withstand such destructive power?

Above the lake.
The churning, trembling lake suddenly exploded! One tentacle after another burst out of the water, reaching as if to pierce the heavens. Seven or eight of them thrashed and flailed wildly, without any pattern.
Countless aquatic monsters were caught in the onslaught, their blood staining the lake red.
Ji Yun and Hong grappled with the tentacled beast, keeping its tentacles from striking them while they destroyed its internal organs. The Beast Emperor desperately swung its remaining tentacles, trying to kill them, but its life was already coming to an end.
The tentacles that had once moved with seemingly endless power slowed, then dropped limply into the lake. Two of them even landed on the nearby Wilderness Zone. Their heavy impact split the ground into two deep trenches, which quickly filled with lake water.
The lake was calm for only a few seconds before its surface rippled again.
Ji Yun and Hong shot into the sky! Together, they dragged the colossal monster—more than three thousand meters long, tentacles included—completely out of the water. It was like a vast, dark island suspended in the air above the lake.
With Cloud-Touching Battle Armor wrapped around it, Ji Yun hauled the three-thousand-meter monster and flung it onto the Wilderness Zone.
"The Beast Emperor..." Ji Yun felt his blood stir with excitement.
His ambitions had long since moved beyond the Planetary Level monsters on Earth, but killing a Beast Emperor that threatened humanity still filled him with pride.

"All Councilors, gather here," Hong ordered calmly.

Hong turned to them and nodded. "Ji Yun and I have killed the Tentacle Beast, the Beast Emperor. The greatest obstacle to exploring Mist Island Lake has now been removed. The governments of various countries, the HR Alliance, and some Councilors have already begun exploring the lake. Many others are making preparations."
"Now, all of you, dive into Mist Island Lake and search for its treasures!" Hong said solemnly. "If you find a treasure and can take it, do so! If you can't, notify me or Ji Yun immediately. Ji Yun and I will search from opposite sides, so we can respond wherever needed."
"Yes, Dojo Master," the group replied.
"Of course, if a treasure is found and successfully claimed, the person who discovers it will receive thirty percent of its value. The person who claims it will also receive thirty percent. "I suspect these treasures are a kind of energy that can help people cultivate. They'd be extremely useful to Martial Artists. Once you're inside, pay special attention to any energy like that."
