Background / History

Fire Hammer Squad and the Wilderness Zone

Luo Feng first appears as a young member of the Fire Hammer Squad at City 003’s Supply Base. Though wary of Ji Shan and Ji Yun, he judges Ji Shan to be righteous because he does not exploit the squad’s weaker position. Ji Shan recognizes Luo Feng as an unusually young Low-Level War General and suspects his Psychic Master potential. 17

The Tiger Tooth Squad becomes Luo Feng’s central grievance during this period. Its members used gunfire to lure a beast horde toward the Fire Hammer Squad, causing a veteran squad member to lose an arm. Luo Feng remains determined to settle the score, despite warnings about the consequences of revenge. 18 21

He joins Ji Yun, Gao Feng, and an Indian team against the Double-Headed Black-Line Snake. His flying-knife control helps injure the beast, establishing him as a High-Level War General Psychic Master. 19 20

Alliance with Ji Yun

Luo Feng and Ji Yun develop from cautious allies into sworn brothers. Ji Yun protects Luo Feng’s secret during the bounty crisis, recommends him for the Elite Training Camp, and repeatedly intervenes when threats target Luo Feng or his family. 21 32 36 48
