Fang Han rose to first place on the Prodigy Ranking while protecting the Azure Profound Sect’s mining interests and defeating Nether Pavilion fighters. After helping Jin Han destroy a supply convoy, he earned the merit to obtain the Wind God Step and began practicing it.

• Fang Han killed Yuan Zhan at the Azure Profound mine, helped seize Nether Pavilion’s gold, and defended the site against Yuan Ye before returning to the sect.
• Fang Han took first place on the Prodigy Ranking, improved his cultivation and concealment skills, and reached Perfection in Windcloud Escape.
• Chen Tianyuan assigned Fang Han to help Jin Han intercept a Nether Pavilion supply convoy, and Lan Yuexin provided intelligence about its route and escort.
• Fang Han and Jin Han ambushed the convoy, killed Zhao Ping and Ma Yuan, and secured its medicinal herbs and ores.

Fang Han rescued Yang Rui, plundered Nether Pavilion’s businesses, and used the ceasefire to sharpen his abilities. He then joined the Prodigy Ranking disciples at the ancient ruins, where successive trials dwindled the entrants and left the Azure Profound Sect with only three survivors.

• Fang Han rescued Yang Rui from Tu Hong and helped Chen Wanjun eliminate the Nether Pavilion elders who had ambushed them.
• Fang Han broke through to Third Grade Middle Stage, perfected the Return to Ruin Essence Concealment Art, and secretly plundered four Nether Pavilion properties before returning to the sect.
• Ling Wuyuan agreed to make peace with the Azure Profound Sect, and Chen Tianyuan gave Fang Han a Divine Speed Jade Talisman.
• Fang Han improved his Void-Sundering Sword Manual and joined the other Prodigy Ranking disciples on their journey to the ancient ruins in East Foothills Prefecture.
• Luo Yuntian killed a Third Grade Tiger Demon, and Fang Han killed a Third Grade Bear Demon before the group reached the ruins and met prodigies from other prefectures, including Heavenly Origin Sect.
• Fang Han passed the first two trials, but Liu Ruyan, Wang Miao, Su Yuwei, and Mo Chen were expelled, leaving only seven Azure Profound Sect disciples.
• Fang Han passed the third trial, but Mad Butcher and Chen Wuhen failed, leaving Fang Han, Luo Yuntian, and Yun Muyao as the sect’s three remaining entrants.
• Fang Han stood up to Lie Yunting over Xue Wu’s defeat, then watched as Bai Yan led the Heavenly Origin Sect disciples through the fourth trial, with three of their twelve members expelled.

Fang Han cleared eight trials in the ancient ruins, survived an ambush by Thunderlight Pavilion and the Crimson Flame Sect, and returned to Azure Profound Sect with a valuable sword art and treasure map. As demonic attacks spread across Qingyang Prefecture, he perfected his tracking secret technique and resumed training.

• Fang Han passed the sixth and seventh trials using Wind God Step and the Void-Sundering Sword Manual, then defeated the ninth puppets before losing to the tenth and receiving an ancient black ring.
• Fang Han and Chen Wanjun ambushed Xue Yuanlang and Meng Zhao’s group, and Fang Han killed Xue Yuanlang and Xue Wu before the survivors withdrew toward Qingyang Prefecture.
• Gu Changqing stopped Lei Zheng, Leng Ling, and Han Yue from pursuing the Azure Profound Sect group, then met Fang Han and his companions in Qingyang Prefecture.
• Fang Han opened the ring and found the Great Void Wind God Sword, the Windshock Sword, and a treasure map pointing to Westview Prefecture.
• Fang Han and his companions encountered demonic attacks on their journey back, and Fang Han offered Chen Tianyuan the Great Void Wind God Sword after reporting the ancient ruins ambush.
• Chen Tianyuan awarded Fang Han six Major Merits and asked him to help track an escaped Grandmaster-level demon beast threatening Qingyang Prefecture.

Fang Han helped the Azure Profound Sect track down and kill a Grandmaster-level demon, then strengthened his swordsmanship and set out to pursue the treasure marked on his map. After clashing with Meng Zhao on the journey, Fang Han reached the hidden realm and began searching it for treasure.

• Fang Han used Thousand-Mile Soul Lock to track the Black-Scaled Demon Tiger to its hiding place, allowing Gu Changqing, Huiming, and Silence to kill it.
• Fang Han returned to the Azure Profound Sect, received merit for the mission, and shared Grandmaster monster meat with his friends.
• Fang Han broke through to the Proficiency Realm in the Void-Sundering Sword Manual and decided to seek the treasure in Westview Prefecture.
• Fang Han visited his family and gave Fang Lingyuan cultivation manuals and pills to strengthen the Fang Clan.
• Fang Han fought and killed Meng Zhao after the elder pursued him, then killed Meng Zhao's three accompanying disciples and concealed the evidence.
