"Hello, upperclassmen. I'm Nanase Tsubasa from Class 1-D."
Inside the Student Council office, Nanase Tsubasa, seated at the end of the table, stood up and gave a slight bow to all the members present as she introduced herself.
"Let's welcome Nanase," Shiraishi Makoto said, taking the lead as applause broke out around the office.
"Nanase has just joined the Student Council. For your first month, follow Vice President Ichinose and familiarize yourself with how the Student Council operates. We'll assign you specific duties once you're settled in." Shiraishi Makoto looked toward Ichinose Honami, who nodded lightly.
"Understood," Nanase Tsubasa replied.
"All right, now let's discuss this month's work." After the brief welcome ceremony, Shiraishi Makoto began assigning the month's duties.
At this point in the school year, the Student Council still had quite a lot to do. Especially this new term, there had been an increase in tasks related to the Student Council. For example, the electronic blackboards that had been fully upgraded across campus this semester required weekly equipment inspections, while updates to the OAA System also required Student Council members to assist the school with collecting and organizing data.
"Next, the first-years will be holding another Special Exam this month. The Student Council will need to assist the school in organizing it and setting up the venue." At this point, Shiraishi Makoto looked at Nanase Tsubasa. "Learning some of the exam rules in advance is one of the Student Council's perks. Make sure you take an active part when the time comes."
"Understood." Nanase Tsubasa nodded seriously.
"All right, next is the assignment of duties..."
Shiraishi Makoto did not like giving long-winded speeches either. Once he had briefly explained and assigned everything, he ended the meeting.
