The Rabble of Class D

"A bit of a dispute occurred at school yesterday. Ken Sudo, who sits over there, seems to have had a conflict with students from Class C. To put it simply, he got into a fight with them.

Class C filed a complaint, claiming they were subjected to a one-sided beating by Sudo. However, when the school investigated to confirm the truth, Sudo denied the Class C students' account.

According to him, he did not initiate the trouble; rather, the Class C students were framing him."

It turned out that yesterday afternoon, after Sudo fled from the club building, he ran into Hirata, who is in the Soccer Club, in the restroom.

After telling him everything that had happened, and with Hirata's reassurance and analysis, Sudo finally realized that he had been set up by Class C.

Once he realized he hadn't actually killed anyone, Sudo's reason regained the high ground. Being thick-skinned, he figured he wouldn't have to go to jail and would at most receive some disciplinary action like before, which was no big deal.

Furthermore, after receiving Hirata's advice, Sudo felt that as long as he insisted they were framing him, he wouldn't face any serious punishment.

As it turned out, Class C sent people to file a complaint with the Student Council that same day, and Sudo was investigated by Student Council officials.

Although Sudo adamantly claimed he was framed by Class C, surveillance footage and eyewitnesses at the scene proved that Sudo was indeed the one who struck first. Moreover, Sudo didn't have a single scratch on him, while several Class C students had all sustained varying degrees of injury.

Therefore, Sudo's defense was useless. If no new evidence could prove his innocence, he would be expelled.

The next day in the Class D classroom, Chabashira announced this news publicly. She was also quite shocked when she learned of it, as Sudo might break the record for the fastest expulsion in history and cause Class D's class points to hit a new low after the first month.

Though her heart was in turmoil, her expression remained calm and composed.

"I didn't hit anyone! At most, I only struck that guy named Komiya while chasing them. Once I entered that room, I didn't do anything!"

The students of Class D didn't react much to Sudo's explanation; they were just classmates who had only known each other for a few days.

There were plenty of people in Class D who disliked Sudo, as his behavior on the first day when Hirata suggested self-introductions had immediately framed him as someone who didn't fit in.

His fair-weather friends were also unwilling to speak up for him at this time, wanting only to avoid getting burned themselves.

"You say you didn't hit anyone, but do you have any proof?"

"If I had proof, I wouldn't be getting framed!"

In the end, Class D couldn't come up with a strategy. At that time, Class D had no eyewitnesses who had seen the scene.

After Sudo left the classroom, the students of Class D began discussing the matter.
