[Brain Storage]

Konoha Year 32, on the eve of the Second Shinobi World War.

Sunlight filtered through the gaps in the leaves, casting patches of light across the Konoha training grounds. The Hokage stood on a high platform, facing the shinobi about to depart for the front lines, his gaze firm and brimming with confidence.

"Shinobi of Konoha!" The Hokage's voice was resonant and powerful. "Today, we face a severe trial. But I believe that we, the shinobi of Konoha, are the strongest! We possess firm conviction, fearless courage, and a spirit of unity! We will surely defeat the enemy and defend our home!"

The Hokage's speech was filled with passion and strength, making every shinobi present feel their blood boil. They gripped their weapons tightly, ready to fight for the honor of Konoha.

Just then, a shinobi leaning against a large tree, fast asleep, suddenly frowned. The Hokage's speech and the cheers of the villagers had shattered his pleasant dream.

He slowly opened his eyes and looked toward the Hokage on the podium, thinking, I want to sleep a bit more. I spent all night binge-watching the Naruto anime and finally finished it; why are these people making such a racket and disturbing my rest?

Immediately after, he heard a voice declare, "Where the leaves dance, fire shall burn! Everyone, prepare yourselves—we will be victorious in this battle!"

The shinobi's eyes widened. He looked around. What the hell? Where is this? Didn't I just fall asleep in my bed at home after watching anime?

Who was on the stage? He squinted and saw Sarutobi Hiruzen, dressed in his black combat uniform. Damn it! The shinobi rubbed his eyes. What is this? A young Third Hokage?

He then looked down at his own attire—an Uchiha combat uniform complete with tactical gloves—and was instantly stunned.

A tidal wave of memories flooded his mind. His head felt as if it were being torn apart, and his body couldn't help but curl up in agony.

Because he was in the shade of a tree and the Hokage was busy with his speech, no one noticed his distress.

After about five minutes, the pain gradually subsided, and the pained expression on Uchiha Kō's face slowly returned to calm.

Information surfaced in his mind: Uchiha Kō, a notorious failure of the Uchiha clan. At eighteen, he had yet to awaken his Sharingan and possessed only genin-level chakra. He knew very few ninjutsu: the C-rank Great Fireball Technique, the C-rank Phoenix Sage Fire Technique, and the C-rank Dragon Fire Technique.

Uchiha Kō grew angry. Damn it, I transmigrated into this Naruto world, I'm eighteen without a Sharingan, I only know three C-rank jutsus, and I have genin-level chakra. I'm about to participate in the Second Shinobi World War—how is this any different from walking to my death?

A surge of resentment from a twenty-first-century college student erupted. Suddenly, a flash of red light crossed Uchiha Kō's eyes; his pupils turned red, and a single black tomoe began to spin.

Uchiha Kō felt a sharp pain in his eyes, followed by a sensation of weightlessness. Just as he was about to faint, a flash of yellow appeared before him, and he lost consciousness.

Tsunade, one of the three most outstanding geniuses of this era in Konoha, a disciple of Sarutobi Hiruzen, and the heir to the Senju bloodline. She had not yet fought Salamander Hanzō, nor did she hold the title of one of the Sannin.

After listening to Sarutobi Hiruzen's speech, she felt her fighting spirit surging. She had heard that she, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru would serve as captains to lead the villagers against the enemy shinobi, which was incredibly exciting.

She was just preparing to head home to ready her ninja tools when she suddenly sensed a cold, dark chakra. While searching for the source, she found someone under a tree.

It was Uchiha Kō. He was filled with resentment, staring at the stage, and then his eyes began to bleed. Blood trickled from the corners of his eyes, and his pupils shifted from black to red.

The Uchiha clan's awakening! Tsunade was shocked. It wasn't that she didn't know about the Sharingan bloodline limit, but this was her first time observing it so closely, and she couldn't help but feel curious.

As if guided by fate, she walked toward Uchiha Kō. The moment he lowered his head, she noticed he looked as if he were about to collapse.

She quickened her pace and caught him before he hit the ground.

Tsunade frowned slightly. What was this guy's name? Uchiha Kō, right? The dead-last of this year's ninja academy class.

Awakening the Sharingan at eighteen—this talent was, to put it mildly, difficult to describe. She originally intended to send him back to the Uchiha compound, but then she remembered something unpleasant.

It seemed this guy was viewed as a disgrace by his own clan, and even his classmates from the Uchiha clan bullied him from time to time.

Thinking of this, Tsunade sighed. No choice, I'll just take him back to the Senju Ancestral Home.

She shook her head, picked up Uchiha Kō—who had exhausted his physical and mental strength from the awakening—and headed toward her clan's territory.

Tsunade had no idea what kind of impact this action would have on her.

After Tsunade left, a figure slowly emerged. It was a young Shimura Danzō. With a gloomy expression, he watched Tsunade's back—or rather, he watched Uchiha Kō.

"Hmph, a naturally evil Uchiha brat." With that, he headed toward the Hokage building.

He would tell Sarutobi about this; the Uchiha clan was clearly plotting to infiltrate the Senju clan!

Tsunade reached the Senju Ancestral Home in a few breaths while carrying the unconscious Uchiha Kō. Although she hadn't inherited her grandfather's Wood Release, she had perfectly inherited his physical prowess.

Because of this, no one saw her movements; they only felt a gust of wind pass by.

Tsunade knocked on the door: Knock, knock, knock.

The door was opened by a woman who looked quite dignified and beautiful, though time had left faint traces at the corners of her eyes.

She smiled first. "Tsunade, you're here." Then she looked into her arms and saw she was carrying an Uchiha youth.

Though she frowned for a moment, she said, "Come in first."

"Yes, Grandma!" Tsunade hurried inside and placed Uchiha Kō on the floor.

The woman glanced at a tree not far away before closing the door.

The shinobi (Anbu) in the tree couldn't help but sweat. He couldn't help it; the Hokage had said the safety of the jinchūriki was of the utmost importance. He had tried his best to hide, yet he had been discovered by Uzumaki Mito with ease!

He sighed and continued to observe the Senju compound.

Inside, Tsunade used chakra to sense Uchiha Kō's condition and breathed a sigh of relief upon finding he had merely fainted from exhaustion.

Uzumaki Mito walked in slowly, looked at Uchiha Kō, and said, "Tsunade, this boy and you..."

Tsunade was startled. "Grandma! You've misunderstood! It's just that when Teacher was giving his speech today, Uchiha Kō suddenly awakened his eyes and exhausted himself, so I brought him back."

"Then why didn't you send him back to the Uchiha compound? They should know more about the Sharingan," Uzumaki Mito said with a smile.

"Grandma, it's like this..." Tsunade explained the situation to her. Uzumaki Mito's initial teasing turned calm, and a look of pity flashed in her eyes.

"To think the Uchiha clan has fallen so far. Back when Madara was around, even if they valued strength, they wouldn't look down on their own clansmen. Now..." Uzumaki Mito said softly.

Uzumaki Mito then rose to brew some nourishing medicinal soup; though she appeared somewhat stern, she was, in truth, a soft-hearted person.
