I'm Fine!

When Uchiha Kō saw Nawaki coming over, he smiled faintly and ruffled his hair, then turned to look at Tsunade.

Tsunade looked puzzled, so Uchiha Kō explained the reason to her.

"Experiment is the only way to test the truth. Since you don't believe me, Tsunade, why not try it yourself?" Uchiha Kō's confident smile, paired with his good looks, seemed quite convincing!

Tsunade thought for a moment, then nodded. "You're right. We should try it." If it really worked, then Nawaki would be safer when he went to the battlefield!

"Try it? How? You want my big sister to hit this suit?" Nawaki scratched his head. Just then, Uchiha Kō's lips curled up before his expression turned serious.

"Nawaki, tell me, do you want to go to the front lines and gain some combat experience?" Seeing Uchiha Kō's expression, Nawaki grew serious too.

"Yes, Brother Kō. I want to go!" Seeing how earnest Nawaki was, Uchiha Kō felt a little guilty. He felt bad about tricking the poor kid.

But only for a moment. Uchiha Kō said, "Then, Nawaki, put the suit on. Your big sister can test its defensive capabilities in a moment. Only if it's strong enough will she agree to let you go to the battlefield!"

As he spoke, Uchiha Kō patted Nawaki on the shoulder.

"Okay!" Nawaki was just about to put it on when he suddenly realized—wait, test its defensive capabilities? Have his big sister hit him? Memories of her beating him throughout his childhood flashed through his mind, and his face turned deathly pale.

Uchiha Kō saw this, of course. His eyes shifted. Looks like he'd have to turn up the heat!

"Nawaki, you know what your big sister's like. If she can't guarantee your safety, she definitely won't just sit back and do nothing while you go to the front lines," Uchiha Kō said with a smile, glancing at Tsunade.

"Right, Tsunade?" Uchiha Kō asked. After all, he hadn't kept his conversation with Nawaki from her; she'd heard every word.

Tsunade nodded. "That's right, Nawaki. Nothing matters more than your safety! If I can't ensure you'll be safe, I won't agree to let you go to the front lines, no matter what!"

Hearing Uchiha Kō and Tsunade, Nawaki exhaled and looked at Tsunade. "I understand, Big Sis!"

With that, he took the Explosion-Proof Suit from Uchiha Kō and put it on. Uchiha Kō nodded at Tsunade, then leaped backward to put some distance between himself and Nawaki.

Tsunade had inherited Senju Hashirama's monstrous strength. Even though she was only at the level of an elite jonin, she could hit with nearly Kage Level force.

If he got punched while standing nearby, he'd be in for a world of pain...

Uchiha Kō shook his head, refusing to think about it any further. Otherwise, he might not be able to sleep.

Nawaki watched Uchiha Kō move away and looked at his stern-faced big sister. He couldn't help swallowing hard.

"I'm coming for you! Be ready, brat!" Tsunade stepped forward with her right foot. The ground in the Senju Clan Compound cracked, and then she shot toward Nawaki like a streak of light.

Nawaki had inherited monstrous strength too, but he was six years younger than his big sister. In front of Tsunade, his strength was nothing to write home about!

"Monster Strength: Mountain Crushing Strike!" Tsunade appeared in front of Nawaki. She drew her right fist back, twisting her waist, then threw a punch.

Boom! Her fist struck Nawaki's Explosion-Proof Suit with a thunderous impact. Nawaki flew backward and only stopped when he slammed into a wall.

He sank several inches into it. Tsunade had held back, keeping her strength at the peak Chunin level.

"Nawaki!" Tsunade shouted. Nawaki immediately called back, "Sis, I'm fine! I'm not hurt at all!"

Hearing the strength in Nawaki's voice, Tsunade breathed a sigh of relief. Nawaki, meanwhile, struggled free and leaped out of the wall.

Just before her fist reached Nawaki, Tsunade had felt a membrane appear. She'd hit the membrane, and Nawaki had gone flying.

Nawaki had felt it most clearly. A pale yellow membrane had appeared just now. It was hard to notice unless you looked closely, but his big sister's punch hadn't actually hit him. It had struck the membrane instead.

He hadn't been hurt at all inside it. He smiled, understanding that he had the Explosion-Proof Suit to thank for it!

"Sis!" Before he could explain what he'd realized, Tsunade instantly flashed in front of him, her expression icy. "Heavenly Foot of Pain!" It was the most overbearing move in her Taijutsu arsenal.

Though she was an elite jonin, with her monstrous strength and Taijutsu, this move could reach the peak of the jonin level!

Nawaki had seen how powerful the Explosion-Proof Suit's defenses were, but his big sister's intimidating presence seemed even more terrifying!

Boom! Tsunade's kick slammed Nawaki into the ground. She focused on what she'd felt: she hadn't kicked his body, but a layer of membrane—a soft one. It had absorbed the force of her blow and disappeared, leaving her foot on Nawaki's chest.

That strike had nearly reached Kage Level, yet the membrane had still held firm, showing no sign of breaking.

Tsunade was excited. With this ninja tool, Nawaki would be safe on the battlefield as long as he didn't run into a village's Kage!

Tsunade turned toward Kō on the other side, then threw herself at him!

Uchiha Kō didn't see her coming, and Tsunade's tackle sent him tumbling to the ground.

"Thank you, thank you, Kō! With this ninja tool, Nawaki will be completely safe!" Tsunade was filled with gratitude.

Uchiha Kō froze for a moment, feeling the softness against his chest. He sucked in a breath. If Tsunade didn't get up soon, his little brother was going to wake up!

So Uchiha Kō patted her on the head and said gently, "Get up. Nawaki's still watching."

At that, Tsunade hurriedly got to her feet and looked at Nawaki. The instant he met his sister's gaze, he shuddered and looked up at the sky. "What a sky. It's so sky-like!"

He didn't even know what he was saying, but he'd already decided: Uchiha Kō would be his brother-in-law someday!

Tsunade huffed, then turned back to Uchiha Kō, looking at him bashfully. "Kō, I'm sorry. I didn't watch my strength just now, and I ended up pushing you..."

She seemed to realize that sounded a little too forward, so she quickly shut her mouth, her face turning red.

Uchiha Kō, however, found this rather amusing. The corners of his mouth lifted as he leaned close to Tsunade. "It's fine. You're pretty soft—ah, no, I mean, it felt pretty nice."

With that, he ran off without looking back.

Tsunade froze, then laughed in exasperation. She turned to Nawaki. "You little brat, now I'm relieved about letting you go to the front lines. But remember to listen to your teacher, Orochimaru!"

"Not only is Orochimaru the strongest of the three of us, but he's also much better at escaping than Jiraiya and I are. You should learn from him." After saying that, Tsunade went inside. She wanted to tell Grandma the news!
