While Umbral was secluded in experimentation, Umbraly Light handled all affairs of The Umbral Expanse. As chair of the Umbral Supreme Council, she directed the response to the Evil God Incident, judging Gendas's descended flesh-and-blood origin valuable enough to capture for joint experimentation rather than simply destroy. She also recognized the merit of the Wizard Freshman who documented the incident and assigned the Dream Wizard to handle his reward. 89
