Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet is a high-level B-rank Fire Style ninjutsu. After the Third Hokage demonstrated the technique's immense power to Hanyu and explained the jutsu, the hand seals, and the flow of chakra required for its activation, he turned and departed with great flair.
