But it didn't matter. Looking cool was all that counted.

"Master, the livestream worked wonderfully. People already see you as humanity's new hero!"

Atkin flew over, visibly excited.

Over the past few days, aside from taking control of the HR Alliance, Atkin had been working to create the impression that humanity had not yet achieved complete victory. The Devourer Beast incident had only just ended, and people were still on edge.

"Su Zhe. Like you, he's from Yangzhou City in Jiangnan Base City. His life from childhood onward can all be traced. He didn't just appear out of nowhere."

Babata answered. He had already gathered all of Su Zhe's information.

Luo Feng took a deep breath.

"Forget it. Since he's on humanity's side, there's no need to worry about him for now."

Babata nodded. "If he wasn't a case of Possession, then he must have been raised and educated by Earthlings from the moment he was born. It would be normal for him to side with Earthlings. Plenty of similar things have happened in the universe."

"That's true," Luo Feng agreed. "Not every special lifeform has inherited memories."

"Let's leave that aside for now."
