Background / History
After Luo Feng disappears, Atkin becomes the strongest known person on Earth's surface. Amid the turmoil following the Devourer Beast battle, he gains influence within the HR Alliance and plans to replace Isadora as its leading councilman 22 23.
Su Zhe chooses Atkin as a test subject rather than killing him. He slips Blacklight Virus into Atkin's water and controls the infection closely enough for Atkin to survive with his intelligence intact. The resulting bloodline suppression makes Atkin devoted to Su Zhe, though Su Zhe notes that it is not soul enslavement 23 24.
