Catching a Turtle in a Jar

Just as the Blacklight Blade was about to execute Spencer, a deformed giant hand suddenly appeared, blocking the attack!

Immediately following, a massive silhouette emerged from the darkness behind Spencer.

Half of the body appeared human, while the other half was covered in skin-crawling tumors. These tumors had expanded across the entire right arm, transforming it into a deformed, monstrous limb thicker and longer than the body itself. Most chilling of all, a giant eyeball had grown directly out of this tumorous arm, a sight that sent shivers down one's spine!

It was this very deformed giant hand that had caught the incoming Blacklight Blade.

Seeing this, Xia Tianming realized it was the first time someone had intercepted his attack. He prepared to twitch the blade to shred the monstrous hand that dared to grab it.

However, the opponent struck first, gripping the blade and swinging it violently. The immense force sent Xia Tianming flying, slamming him into the wall with a loud bang and kicking up a cloud of dust!

Following this, the owner of the deformed giant hand stepped fully out from the shadows behind Spencer.

He had short, parted blonde hair, bloodshot eyes, and a sinister grin filled with evil intent.

The Leech Man in the fish tank froze upon seeing this man, shouting in astonishment: "William?!"

William Birkin, the creator of the G-Virus, was once the prized student of Marcus the Leech Man. Later, in order to seize the research results of the T-Virus from his master, he conspired with Wesker to murder him, casting Marcus into an abyss of eternal damnation.

Yet later on, William created the G-Virus, which held even greater potential, but he refused to share the results with the Umbrella Corporation that employed him.

Consequently, the Umbrella Corporation dispatched the U.S.S. secret unit to forcibly take the G-Virus from him and shoot him dead.

Before dying, William injected himself with the last remaining G-Virus he had secretly hidden, leading to his current terrifying form and triggering the subsequent series of biochemical leaks in Raccoon City.

One could say he followed in the footsteps of his master, Marcus, or perhaps, that the tides of fortune had simply turned.

So, when Marcus saw the disciple who had caused his death, his expression was filled with fury: "You bastard, you actually lived until now?"

"No, William is already dead. This is merely his clone, and a much more obedient one at that. As expected, only the creator of the virus is truly suited for it." Spencer turned his wheelchair, stroking William's deformed arm with a smile.

Cloning again.

Utilizing its near-perfect cloning technology, the Umbrella Corporation was able to replicate and modify puppets that obeyed their every command.

The half-man, half-monster resembling William behind him was naturally a clone as well.

At this moment, Xia Tianming, who had been slammed into the wall by G-William, climbed out with a cold expression. He brushed the dust off his body as if nothing had happened.

"Did you think I hadn't made any preparations?" Spencer looked at him and said coldly, pressing a red button on his desk.

Suddenly, a complex but orderly sound of footsteps echoed from behind.

A large number of heavily armed soldiers appeared in the reception hall, wielding various heavy firearms and blocking their path!

When did he infect those soldiers?

Ignoring the bloody slaughter between the two groups of soldiers outside the door, Xia Tianming released a large amount of viral tentacles from his palms. They rapidly covered and enveloped the door to Spencer's office, forming a highly resilient Blacklight wall in moments, sealing off the only exit!
