The brutal, punch-after-punch assault between the two lasted about half a minute.
"Too weak! Too weak!"
G3-William let out a roar. The giant exoskeletal claws on its back clasped together into a fist, and it unleashed a final, crushing blow at Xia Tianming!
BOOM!!!
The deafening blast sounded like a million tons of TNT exploding!
Its full-force punch struck Xia Tianming, and the resulting shockwave instantly cracked the floor, the fractures spreading across the entire office!
Chunks of stone sprayed in every direction, and choking dust filled the air, making Spencer cough repeatedly in the back.
No creature in the world could withstand such a ferocious blow!
"Is it... finally over?!"
Spencer's eyes widened as he brushed aside the swirling dust, wishing he could stand up from his wheelchair to get a better look.
It seemed the company's G-Virus had ultimately won after all. The G-Virus truly was the king of viruses!
Spencer let out a sigh of relief. He wouldn't have to take that final step...
As the dust settled, the view gradually became clear again.
But what Spencer saw in the middle of the hall made his expression freeze.
G3-William was still locked in the pose of its final strike, but its fist had been caught by a hand covered in black armor. The expected bloody scene of its opponent being smashed into pulp had never happened?!
G3-William's face was twisted into a grimace. Its giant fist seemed to be clamped firmly in that hand, unable to pull free or push any farther down. It seemed completely overpowered!
And the owner of that black hand was Xia Tianming, who had entered Rhino Armor Form!
The instant his opponent had clenched its fists and swung down with all its strength, he had immediately shifted into Rhino Armor Form, combining strength with defense!
Although this form was relatively slow, speed meant nothing in the face of overwhelming strength and defense. No amount of fancy footwork could make a difference!
Xia Tianming gripped the opponent's clasped fists in one hand and slowly rose from the crater his own weight had smashed into the floor. Once fully upright in Rhino Armor Form, he stood a head taller than G3-William!
It raised its skull, its expression one of utter shock. It apparently hadn't expected its opponent to change forms too—and to look even more like a demon crawling up from Hell than itself!
Rhino Armor Form had no unnecessary ornamentation. Layer upon layer of hardened viral tendrils overlapped across its body, and the armor even traced perfect, ancient Greek statue-like muscles. The pure-black horn jutting from its forehead made it look all the more murderous!
Xia Tianming's mouth curved beneath the armor, as if to say, Had enough fun? Now we can get serious.
Before G3-William could react, the reflection in its pupils showed a powerful black fist growing larger and larger...
Xia Tianming held its clasped fists tight with his left hand, while his right transformed into Hammer Fist Form and smashed into G-William's head with all his strength!
BOOM!!!
His devastating hammer fist struck like a force of nature, crashing into its opponent's face!
G3-William's massive body shot away like a cannonball, smashing through everything in its path before crashing through an entire wall and vanishing beneath the rubble.
But Xia Tianming still held its exoskeletal claws. The force of that blow had torn them right off!
Xia Tianming clenched his hand, crushing and devouring G-William's exoskeletal claws.
The moment he fused with the giant claws, his back began to writhe and change. Two thick tendrils burst through the shell of his Rhino Armor like shoots after a spring rain, quickly solidifying into a pair of powerful arms on his back!
Xia Tianming transformed his four arms into four different forms: Blacklight Claws, Blacklight Blade, Blacklight Hammer Fist, and Blacklight Whip-Blade. He looked like Shiva, the destroyer from ancient Indian mythology!
He swung his Whip-Blade, pried G3-William out of the wall where the punch had sent it flying, and dragged it over in front of him.
G3-William's face was twisted in pain, but the damaged parts of its body had indeed begun to regenerate.
But Xia Tianming was done playing with it. He wasn't going to give it another chance to recover.
All four arms attacked at once, each wielding a different Blacklight weapon like a meat grinder!
In an instant, flesh and blood flew everywhere, and bone fragments scattered!
No matter how quickly G3-William healed, it couldn't keep up with the rapid loss of flesh from its body!
At last, terror appeared on its grotesque red skull. It tried to escape those four demonic claws and get a moment to catch its breath.
Just give me two more seconds, and I'll reach Stage G4!
But that was only a dying fantasy. The Blacklight Whip-Blade stabbed in through its asshole, pierced every organ in its abdomen, and burst out through the top of its skull, hoisting it up like meat on a skewer!
Xia Tianming then swung his other three Blacklight weapons in turn, savagely carving into the immobilized G-William. He sliced it into pieces like Arabic grilled meat and devoured them, while its regeneration could never keep up with the loss of flesh!
Its piercing screams echoed through more than half of the Umbrella Corporation base, chilling everyone who heard them!
As the flesh was carved away from G3-William's body, little by little, all that remained was a massive skeleton streaked with blood!
But Xia Tianming never spit out bones when he ate. Seeing that his opponent had completely lost the ability to fight back, he wrapped all four arms around G3-William's skeleton and twisted hard!
CRACK!!
G-William shattered into hundreds of pieces. Even if any life remained, all it could do now was cling to it for a little longer!
Xia Tianming swung his Blacklight Whip-Blade in a sweeping strike, scouring every last bone fragment from the floor and leaving behind not a single splinter!
Even the G-Cell blood still scattered around had no suitable host. It died in the air, evaporated, and vanished completely.
After completely devouring G-William, the Blacklight Virus inside Xia Tianming suddenly surged, its activity increasing by an astonishing degree!
Terrifying black eyeballs began growing across every part of his body, like the G-Virus's signature feature.
As these densely packed eyes sprouted, Xia Tianming's ability to sense the world around him increased beyond measure!
Every tiny movement was within his perception: dust floating in the air, soldiers from both sides fighting and shouting outside the room, strands of hair shifting, even the flapping of a fly's wings!
And those were only bonuses. When the G-Virus's adaptability combined with the Blacklight Virus's, the result was far more than one plus one equaling two. Their capabilities multiplied geometrically, letting him adapt in real time to changes in his surroundings!
Spencer's office fell silent. It looked as if it had been through a nuclear explosion, a complete shambles with almost nothing left intact.
Xia Tianming stood amid the ruins, back in his normal form. His gaze was still as calm as water as he walked toward Spencer, who sat frozen behind the desk.
Each step made the old man in the wheelchair tremble...
Spencer shakily pulled a syringe filled with an unknown blue liquid from beneath his wheelchair.
The liquid was a collection of the various viruses the Umbrella Corporation had accumulated over the years: T-Virus, G-Virus, C-Virus, Veronica Virus, Abyss Virus, and others.
This was his final step.
He would inject himself with this syringe containing every virus and make one last, desperate struggle—even if it meant turning into some unholy monster.
"I never thought you'd be able to defeat it... I've lived long enough to realize that human beings have limits. The more people scheme, the more likely their plans are to fail because of the unexpected. The only way is to become something beyond human..."
"So I'm done being human!!!!"
Spencer roared with all his might, raising the syringe full of viruses and preparing to plunge it into his body!
SPLAT!
The sound of a Whip-Blade slicing through flesh rang out.
Spencer stared in disbelief at his severed wrist. The hand gripping the syringe had somehow fallen to the floor...
