Six or seven grenades detonating simultaneously beside him would be enough to leave even a Tyrant, a high-level infected of the T-Virus, crippled if not dead.

After the violent explosion subsided, the soldiers waited for a moment. Seeing no further movement from beneath the tank, they cautiously approached.

One soldier lay flat on the ground, trying to get a look at the target's condition.

The moment he lowered his head, a pair of pitch-black eyes met his own...

In the instant he was locked in the gaze of those demonic eyes!

It was like falling into a bottomless abyss of ice; a bone-chilling cold surged from his head down to his feet!

The soldier was then dragged beneath the tank, and after a shrill, piercing scream, he vanished without a trace...

The surrounding soldiers could only watch in horror as their comrade disappeared before their eyes, terrified and desperate to flee.

Xia Tianming manipulated his Blacklight tentacles to twitch violently, ejecting the embedded shrapnel with a force no less powerful than a grenade explosion!

The shrapnel sprayed in all directions from beneath the tank, embedding into or piercing the ankles of the soldiers who hadn't managed to run far enough, causing them to collapse to the ground one after another!

Immediately following this, a dozen more tentacles lashed out from under the tank, wrapping around their ankles and dragging them all underneath, leaving behind nothing but a trail of desperate claw marks!

Then, waves of heart-wrenching screams erupted from below...

After devouring these soldiers, his lower body, which had been shredded by the Vulcan Cannon, regenerated accordingly.

The propellers acted like a meat grinder, shredding the corpse as blood and visceral fragments splattered across the helicopter's observation window.

The pilot's vision was obscured, and he panicked; the helicopter began to wobble, dropping a dozen meters in altitude!

Seizing the opportunity, Xia Tianming leaped onto the tank. With his knees slightly bent, he channeled Blacklight Virus energy into his legs, his muscles rippling with perfect, explosive definition.

With a powerful push, he jumped toward the descending helicopter, soaring over twenty meters high—just enough to reach the landing gear!

Xia Tianming grabbed the gear, used his core strength to swing and flip himself up, then kicked through the cabin door to force his way inside!

The crew inside the helicopter were terrified out of their wits to see this horrific enemy break in!

Moments later, shrill, miserable screams echoed from within the helicopter!

Seeing the other helicopter shaking violently, the pilot of the second Black Hawk was terrified and hurriedly pushed the joystick to put some distance between them.

Before long, the hijacked helicopter stabilized, but the windows were coated in blood, obscuring the view of the interior.

"Shoot that helicopter down." Captain Kromi, sitting in the jeep, saw this scene and immediately issued the order over the comms.

"What?"

The pilot thought he had misheard. Not to mention how difficult it was to train a pilot, in this resource-scarce apocalypse, such high-end equipment was irreplaceable.

The helicopter Xia Tianming was piloting was nearly flipped over by the shockwave from the close-range explosion, but after gripping the control stick tightly to stabilize the aircraft, a rare sneer appeared on his calm face.
