After that, the two fell silent, walking one after the other in this manner.
Soon, they arrived at the small courtyard Chen Feng had rented.
Chen Feng still needed to head to the Suotuo City Soul Fighting Arena to collect his Genshin Chest, so he estimated he would have to stay in Suotuo City for a while longer.
Because of this, Chen Feng had simply spent the money to rent a small courtyard.
It wouldn't be very convenient to stay in a hotel every day, so it was better to rent a place and settle in for a while.
It was a very chic courtyard; though not large, it was laid out in an exquisite and comfortable manner. A small pebble path extended into the depths of the yard, flanked by meticulously pruned greenery and dotted with various colorful flowers that emitted a faint fragrance.
In the center of the courtyard was a beautiful garden where all sorts of exotic plants grew, resembling a miniature green world. At the heart of the garden stood an ancient little well, with small stones and ceramic jars arranged around its rim.
In the corner of the yard sat a small wooden table and a few chairs, with a potted green plant resting on the table. Hanging on the courtyard walls were several antique paintings depicting landscapes and ancient legends.
On one side of the yard was a small pond, clear to the bottom, with a few goldfish swimming within. As the breeze blew, the water rippled, reflecting the surrounding scenery.
Beside the pond stood a towering tree, under which a rocking chair was placed, looking peaceful and cozy.
Upon entering the courtyard, Chen Feng asked softly, "How is it, Ayaka? Do you like it?"
Ayaka looked at the courtyard before her and replied softly, "The breeze is gentle, the courtyard is serene; to admire the bright moon with you is a blessing of three lifetimes!"
Chen Feng smiled; he had to admit, he truly admired Ayaka's talent.
This was exactly how a young lady of her stature should be.
Although Chen Feng lacked Ayaka's literary talent, he could not dampen her spirits, so he immediately replied, "The moonlight spills down, the water ripples; to invite you to spend this beautiful night together, I have no regrets in this life."
As soon as these words left his lips, a look of surprise appeared on Ayaka's face. She had never expected Chen Feng to recite such romantic lines.
Immediately, a rosy flush flew across Ayaka's pretty face, making her look even more delicate and charming.
At this moment, Ayaka asked, "Does the Traveler enjoy reading often?"
Chen Feng smiled, "A little. I learned a couple of doggerel verses."
Ayaka immediately said, "I have a feeling that, when it comes to the Traveler, we should have plenty to talk about."
"I think so too. Why don't we go into the room tonight, talk by candlelight, and spend the night together?"
The two looked at each other and smiled, their eyes filled with affection, before slowly walking toward the room.
Chen Feng closed the door, turned around, and looked at Ayaka with a smile.
Ayaka lowered her head, not daring to meet his gaze directly.
Hearing this, Chen Feng's breathing grew heavy. He gently caressed her fair, smooth face, his warm breath washing over her.
"You are truly beautiful."
Ayaka was slightly stunned. She raised her head, meeting Chen Feng's burning gaze.
In an instant, Ayaka's pretty face turned completely red. "You're annoying."
"Are you shy?" Chen Feng said with a grin, his lips curling into a charming arc as he took a step forward and embraced her like a hungry tiger.
"Mmph..." Ayaka gave his chest a light push, then closed her eyes, pursed her lips, and let him kiss her.
The two embraced and kissed, as if there was nothing left in the world but each other.
After a long while, their lips parted.
Chen Feng looked at her and asked softly, "Ayaka. Is it okay?"
Ayaka opened her eyes, her flushed little face looking at Chen Feng, and murmured, "Traveler, do you... do you have the confidence to help me put my kimono back on?"
Chen Feng shook his head. "I don't know. However, I have already..."
Chen Feng pushed Ayaka down onto the bed.
Outside the window, the moonlight poured down like a waterfall, spilling into every corner of the courtyard.
The silvery-white radiance flowed through the night, resembling a mysterious and magnificent scroll. Under the moonlight, the grass and leaves in the garden shimmered with a faint silver glow, as if covered by a dreamlike veil.
The exotic plants in the garden emitted a faint, lingering fragrance, and the crystal-clear dew on the petals sparkled in the silver light, like precious gems. The small stones and ceramic jars around the ancient well glimmered in the moonlight, like treasures hidden in the dark of night.
The distant pond was also illuminated by the moonlight, reflecting a silvery luster. The goldfish swayed their graceful bodies in the water, like stars swimming in the Milky Way. The clear water reflected the bright moon in the sky, rippling and shimmering, dreamlike and illusory.
The moonlight spilled onto the small table in the courtyard, and the green potted plant appeared and disappeared in the silver glow, as if it were a fairy from a dream.
The antique paintings flickered in the moonlight, and the landscapes and legendary figures seemed as if they were about to step out from the frames.

The next day.
Chen Feng woke up early and began preparing breakfast for Ayaka.
He bought soy milk, fried two sunny-side-up eggs, and brewed a pot of morning tea.
"Ayaka, let's eat."
Ayaka walked out of the room, and seeing the busy back of the man before her, she couldn't help but reveal a sweet smile as she walked to the dining table and sat down.
At this moment, Kamisato Ayaka saw Chen Feng, and her face immediately flushed red.
The events of last night still made it difficult for her to face the man before her.
"What's wrong? Not to your taste? Should I go get you something else?"
Kamisato Ayaka hurriedly waved her hands. "No, that's not necessary."
Chen Feng chuckled. "Then try my cooking."
Ayaka's pretty face flushed red once more. She realized that whenever she was alone with Chen Feng, her heart would race.
She picked up the fried egg with her chopsticks and popped it into her mouth; her eyes lit up instantly.
"This is delicious. I never expected you, Traveler, to know how to cook!" she sighed with satisfaction.
"I learned a bit in the past. If you like it, then eat plenty," Chen Feng said with a smile.
"Mm-hmm."
Ayaka ate the breakfast before her with delight.
Once she finished, she suddenly thought of something, looked up at Chen Feng, and asked, "Traveler, how is it that you've learned a little bit of everything?!"
Chen Feng smiled faintly. "I used to be home alone quite often, so I picked up a few life skills here and there, though I'm not exactly an expert."
"You're already very impressive, Traveler!" Ayaka immediately praised him. "In that case, I'll let you taste my cooking another day."
"You can cook too?" Chen Feng was slightly surprised.
Kamisato Ayaka replied immediately, "As the young lady of the Kamisato Clan, naturally, I must know a little bit of everything."
Hearing her words, Chen Feng secretly thought to himself how envious the Raiden Shogun would be of Ayaka's skills if he ever managed to summon her.
"Then I shall look forward to your cooking, Ayaka," Chen Feng laughed.
Just then, a voice rang out from the sky: "You brat, you have something good to eat, and you won't let your grandfather have a taste?"
Chen Feng looked up to see a figure in white robes descending from the heavens on a flying sword.
