Flames surged into the cabin alongside the flash of the explosion.

Shen Sui raised a hand, bringing everyone around him under his protection. Then he picked up the still-sleeping Alice and, together with Ye Zhou'er, carried everyone on the plane to safety.

Looking at the plane flickering in and out of view amid the blaze in the distance, Shen Sui remained fairly calm.

An assassination attempt?

But wasn't this a little too conspicuous?

Shen Sui narrowed his eyes and immediately noticed something strange.

Countless little black balls jumped out of the service plane, seemingly endless. Before long, they covered the entire airport.

Ye Zhou'er was just about to summon her immortal sword and sweep away all the yokai here when Shen Sui stopped her with a look.

Before long, the fire before them vanished. Even the plane had been repaired by the little black balls.

They searched all over the inside of the plane for a long time, but found nothing.

Confused, the little black balls gathered together and transformed into a three-meter-tall giant, scratching its head in puzzlement.

"Huh? Where's my food?"

Only then did Shen Sui signal for Ye Zhou'er to make her move.

As spiritual power swept through the area, Ye Zhou'er cleared every black ball from the runway.

"What's going on?"

Ye Zhou'er sensed something strange about the situation and asked curiously.

Shen Sui remained calm. "Some force has divided the world here into two layers. If it weren't for me, what you would have seen was probably all the passengers on the plane mysteriously vanishing."

The collision and explosion just now had only happened because Shen Sui was unaffected by that mysterious power, allowing him to see the true course of events.

Without Shen Sui's influence, even from Ye Zhou'er's perspective, all the ordinary people
