The moment the young girl appeared, everyone present, along with Shen Sui watching from the screen, was stunned.

Shen Sui's feelings were incredibly complicated. He had felt the same way when Isabella and Alice first came into contact.

Although he had not truly traveled to Dawn Continent, whenever people who had once been so closely tied to him appeared tangibly before his eyes, Shen Sui's thoughts became complicated.

He was afraid—afraid that the person before him would have a personality utterly different from the familiar character in the game.

The characters in the game were fully crafted character cards. Their appearances, personalities, and values would never change once they had been designed. If you liked them from the start, you would most likely like them forever. That was why character fanatics existed.

Reality, however, was different. A person's personality and beliefs changed with their experiences and thoughts. Once someone changed, they could become someone you disliked—or even hated.

A thousand years was simply too long.

Even for long-lived races, it was impossible not to change even a little over such a span of time.

This was reality, not a game recorded on a hard drive, nor a novel written on paper.

"Who are you?" Alice asked. The moment the girl appeared, Alice realized that she had screened out everything around them. Only the two of them could now hear this conversation.

"My name is Kishara—Kishara, the Star Abyss White Dragon. It's a pleasure to meet you." The girl smiled. "I can smell something on you that makes my body care very deeply."

"Impossible!" Alice crossed her arms and immediately rejected the girl's introduction. "You can't be Kishara. You can't be the Star Abyss White Dragon who followed the Twilight Bishop in his campaign against the gods a thousand years ago."
