Taiji Vortex.
Calling it a Taiji Diagram now would be more fitting.
Previously, although mysterious patterns and streams of energy could be seen within the black and white halves, flickering in and out of view, they had been extremely vague.
But now, the Taiji was exceptionally clear, almost tangible. Black and white were sharply divided, and the mysterious patterns had become much clearer as well.
One side was black, radiating a dim glow.
The other side was white, giving off white light.
Both sides had two Yin-Yang fish eyes of the opposite color, along with many mysterious ancient patterns. Faintly, mysterious energy flowed through them.
"The Taiji Diagram can absorb divine power from the Elemental Ocean? That's too incredible."
Olivier did not understand the reason behind it.
After becoming a god, one could use a divine spark to reach the Elemental Ocean and draw divine power from it, but the amount that could be extracted was limited. As one's comprehension of the profound mysteries of the laws deepened and one's strength increased, one could sense deeper and purer divine power. Upon reaching the Highgod level, one could even vaguely sense the existence of Sovereign's Might.
"To a certain extent, the purity of divine power represents the strength of a divine body. A Highgod's divine body is stronger than a Midgod's, and a Midgod's divine body is naturally stronger than a Lowgod's."
The divine power the Taiji Diagram had begun absorbing should have been Lowgod divine power. Yet the divine power it absorbed later was clearly not on the same level in terms of purity; it had undergone a qualitative transformation. Olivier discovered that it was Midgod divine power, but no one had ever been able to absorb Midgod divine power while still a Lowgod.
This left him greatly astonished.
After all that upheaval, the divine power in his divine clone was clearly much purer now, far stronger than it had been at the beginning.
"Although it absorbed Midgod divine power, the divine clone was ultimately formed from a Lowgod divine spark. It still isn't composed of Midgod divine power. My true body, however, isn't restricted by a divine spark and has instead gained even greater benefits."

Lowgod divine power made up the overwhelming majority within the Taiji Diagram, while the Midgod divine power was only a tiny portion, occupying one corner of the inner layer.
"Can this Midgod divine power not be used?"
He tried, but he could not use it.
Thus, the only divine power his true body could use was Lowgod divine power, though it was somewhat purer than that within his divine clone.
"I wonder how this Taiji Diagram formed. It's actually this miraculous."
Ever since Olivier had muddleheadedly cultivated the Taiji Vortex, he had been studying it. Other than knowing that it could help him enhance the strength of his soul and body, he had discovered nothing else.
How had it come about? Why had it appeared? What benefits did it have, and what drawbacks?
"It can transform elements and divine power into something that brings immense benefits to both the soul and body. Could it be a divine artifact?"
Olivier guessed.
"Divine artifacts can generally be bound to an owner. This thing is in my Sea of Consciousness, and I still can't control it, so it probably hasn't acknowledged an owner yet. Never mind. I'll have the Sword-Shaped Soul communicate with it and see whether it can be bound."
He acted as soon as he thought of it. Olivier controlled the Sword-Shaped Soul in his true body and moved it toward the Taiji Vortex.
"The Sword-Shaped Soul in my true body is more than twice as large as it was before I became a god."
He did not feel the slightest weakness from having his soul split into three. Instead, he felt better than ever before. With a powerful soul, he could analyze and comprehend the profound mysteries of the laws more quickly.
Naturally, Olivier was delighted.
Normally, a newly ascended god who had experienced soul division would need a long time to recover. Of course, one could also recover by refining Soul Gold Pearls, but those were not something a newly ascended Lowgod could possess.
A powerful soul naturally allowed one to become a strong expert.
The moment Olivier's Sword-Shaped Soul touched the Taiji Diagram, it was instantly sucked inside. It arrived in a boundless space containing only black and white. Light Divine Power and Darkness Divine Power each occupied half the space, while at the place where the two types of divine power met, they continuously collided.
"Sizzle! Sizzle!"
They vanished and reappeared over and over again!
The vanished Light and Darkness Divine Power gave birth to fused Light-Darkness divine power, while also producing wisps of strange energy. Unlike the fused divine power, this energy was even more powerful and unfathomably mysterious.
The energy that could enhance the soul and body was precisely this powerful, mysterious energy.
"Could it be Sovereign's Might?"
Olivier guessed.
He knew that Sovereign's Might seemed capable of strengthening the body.
This power was completely different from divine power, and completely different from fused divine power. It was countless times stronger.
"If it really is Sovereign's Might, that would be incredible."
Olivier knew how precious Sovereign's Might was. Even Paragon Highgods would be tempted by such a treasure. It was difficult for ordinary Seven-Star Fiends to obtain Sovereign's Might; only Sovereign's Envoys or powerful Seven-Star Fiends possessed it.
Had Linley not obtained Azure Dragon's damaged Sovereign Artifact, he might only have been able to obtain Sovereign's Might after reaching the Four Divine Beasts Clan. Unless one was a Sovereign's Envoy or a Paragon Highgod, anyone who wished to obtain Sovereign's Might had to pay an enormous price. Some even went bankrupt.
If he had a treasure capable of producing Sovereign's Might, he would laugh even in his sleep.
"But can Light and Darkness Divine Power combine into Sovereign's Might?"
Olivier found it hard to understand, and he was not certain whether this was truly Sovereign's Might.
After all, he had never seen Sovereign's Might before.
"According to the principles of chemical reactions, it should be possible for two substances to react and form an entirely different substance."
However, the wisps of energy now were extremely few, not even enough to form a single drop. They could only be described as traces.
This mysterious energy was extraordinarily powerful. If it were to harm Olivier, these mere wisps would likely be enough to reduce him to ashes. Perhaps because they had been born in his Sea of Consciousness and bore his mark, they could not be controlled, but they would not harm him either.
The Sword-Shaped Soul could sense that nothing in this space would harm it, so it attempted to touch the mysterious energy. Yet there was no response. It could neither absorb nor control it.
"If only I could control this mysterious energy."
This energy could continuously strengthen the soul and body. How wonderful would that be?
If he could control it to attack others, its power would surely be immense as well.
"For now, I can only make passive use of it. One day, I'll use it actively."
Olivier was eager for it. This was a fast way to increase his strength. If he could control it, perhaps he could soon raise his body to the level of a divine beast.
There was nothing he could do. Olivier could only stop worrying about it.
He left the Sword-Shaped Soul within the Taiji Diagram. First, it could remain in contact with the mysterious energy for a long time and perhaps find a way to use it. Second, the Taiji Diagram should be able to protect the soul.
Of course, that was only a guess.
No longer studying the changes in the Taiji Diagram, he returned to the secret chamber.
"As expected, my guess was correct. Even with the Sword-Shaped Soul of my true body remaining in the Taiji Diagram, it has no effect on my true body at all."
Olivier moved a little.
"My true body has become unprecedentedly powerful."
It was far stronger than either divine clone alone, and it was no weaker than the two divine clones combined.
