"'Source'?"
Sulu stared at the blue point of light.
That peculiar aura indeed held a certain attraction for Him.
"What use does it have for a [Creator]?"
"We suspect that the 'Source' is the origin of a higher-level world. It can be directly absorbed by a [Creator], or diluted tens of millions of times and integrated into a world. The benefits this would bring to our world would be no less than winning a world war."
Siya's voice grew solemn.
Sulu's spirits rose as well. He knew the real topic had arrived.
"A world war?"
"Yes. It is a contest between two [Creators] carrying worlds within the eighth layer of the Spirit World... Their worlds clash directly, and the outcome is the complete occupation of one world by the other. The victor obtains all the origin of the defeated world!"
Siya explained to Sulu, "During the war, [Creators] are not allowed to intervene directly."
"It sounds... quite fair."
Sulu fell into thought.
If victories continued to accumulate like this, perhaps an unimaginably powerful world would eventually emerge. Nurturing a [Creator] would not be impossible either.
"Still, worlds differ from one another."
Siya slowly shook Her head. "At the core of the eighth layer of the Spirit World lies a 'True Continent.' That is the true battlefield of [Creators]' worlds, and a gold mine drenched in blood... The armies of countless [Creators]' worlds wage war upon that continent."
She carefully explained that the [Creators] of the eighth layer of the Spirit World broadly fell into two factions.
One faction carried worlds and waged all manner of wars to strengthen their worlds' origins. They could be called World Lords.
The other consisted of lone wanderers who explored the boundless void beyond the True Continent, hoping to obtain 'Source.' They were Solitaries.
