"Hmm-hahaha!!!"

A furious, terrifying, venomous cackle;

rang out from within the golden light. The instant the sound swept across Lut Gholein's walls, all manner of monsters sprang into existence out of thin air.

"Heavens, it's an Urdar Beast!"

Several soldiers clutching spears staggered back in terror;

for before them, a monstrous giant stood five meters tall and five meters around the waist, its muscles bulging like coils of steel. It threw back its head and roared, the sound waves spreading outward in layer upon layer like raging tidal waves.

Elsewhere, the city wall suddenly shook as a figure more than fifty meters tall appeared beyond it.

It was a gigantic armored monster. Even hunched and bent over, it nearly stood level with Lut Gholein's walls. A massive metal platform rested upon its back.

Its entire body was wrapped in black, close-fitting heavy armor resembling the shell of some mutilated beast. Enormous, savage bone spikes covered the armor, while its huge palms—large enough to crush an ordinary Barbarian like a persimmon—grew blade-like spikes as massive as bones.

With the slightest casual movement, it crushed stones like sand and smashed through walls like paper!

"This can't be possible?!"

Several professionals who witnessed the scene turned pale, because:

"Why would a Burning Hells 'Siege Beast' appear here?"

Legend said these were war monsters the demons used to destroy angelic fortresses, controlled by the demons standing on their backs.
