Overall, the Dragon Sanctuary is quite nice, and not as chaotic as Chris described.

At least Kyle didn't encounter any strange people here.

Those shop owners are all so unethical; they always try to sell him those expensive and impractical products.

Fortunately, Charlie was with them. As a "local" who had lived here for two years, he was already familiar with every shop.

When most of the shop owners saw him following them, they sighed in disappointment and stopped trying to sell Kyle the so-called best-selling products. Instead, they brought out the really good stuff from the corner.

In short, Kyle had a very fruitful trip, buying nearly 300 Galleon worth of goods.

In the end, Charlie was somewhat terrified when he looked at him again.

He knew Kyle was rich, but he didn't expect him to be this rich... He bought things by the case, especially jewelry, which he almost bought up the entire store's inventory.

Even with discounts, you can't do this... Over three hundred Galleon, gone without a second thought.

Charlie also tried to persuade Kyle to take it easy, saying that money shouldn't be wasted like that.

But Kyle shook his head. "You don't understand, Charlie. This might not be enough."

If his suitcase hadn't been borrowed by Newt to observe Norbert the Norwegian Ridgeback, and if the space in his Mokeskin Pouch hadn't been limited, Kyle would have even considered buying another two hundred Galleon worth of stuff to take back with him.

"Not enough?!" Charlie stared wide-eyed. "Do you have over a hundred friends?"

"If we really have to calculate it... it's more than that." Kyle thought for a moment and said, "But I'm not giving this away."

Many students at Hogwarts never have the chance to come here, and they've probably never seen such amazing local products. I bought these for them since I'm here all this way."

"Huh?" Charlie didn't quite understand what he meant.

However, Kyle didn't explain much; Weasley really wasn't very good at this.

"Anyway..." He packed up the large pile of packages, looked up and said, "I might write to you again later. When that happens, I'll need you to buy some more things for me and send them to Hogwarts."

"No problem." Charlie nodded in agreement without hesitation. "However, it might not be so timely. You know, we only have a maximum of two days off a month."

"That's alright."

Kyle chuckled, "Besides, I'll pay you the original price; you can keep the shopkeeper's discount for yourself..."

"How can this be!"

Kyle was interrupted before he could finish speaking.

Charlie seemed to feel slighted and said unhappily, "No matter how much you want, I'll try to get you a good discount. I still have that much face to offer."

"No..." Kyle explained, "I mean, those are your payment."

"What nonsense are you talking about?" Charlie was even more displeased. "Why are you talking about payment for such a small thing? What kind of person do you take me for!"

That's not what I meant...

The two argued all the way back, but they still couldn't reach an agreement even after returning to the nature reserve.

No matter what Kyle said, Charlie said he Sickle, but he refused to accept any payment.

Charlie wasn't unaware of Kyle's meaning.

It's simply a matter of taking the local specialties to Hogwarts, adding a little money, and selling them to other people.

He understood the logic, but he just didn't want to accept Kyle's money.

Moreover, Charlie didn't think Kyle would sell for much... after all, he wasn't the first person to do this.

There's a shop like that in Diagon Alley that specializes in local specialties from famous places. He saw John's handmade dragon tooth necklace there when he went home last time.

But business there... well, he'd never seen more than two people in there... not even at Christmas or before school started, when it was busiest.

Even if people open a shop in Diagon Alley, it won't work, let alone at Hogwarts, where the students don't have much money.

Charlie firmly believed that the things he had bought before would be enough for Kyle to use for several years.

So once back in the reserve, he patted Kyle on the shoulder and walked away without looking back.

Kyle could only smile helplessly at this.

Never mind, we'll see when the time comes.

In the last few days of August, the people who had come to help began to leave the reserve one after another.

Professor Locknir also left. Before leaving, he invited Kyle to visit Beauxbatons... not to transfer schools, but to have some fun.

Kyle readily agreed.

"I'll send you a copy once I've finished compiling the data on the new species," Professor Locknir said, then left using the Portkey.

And then there's Edward Lima, who also said before leaving that he would send Kyle a new edition of "The Monster Book of Monsters".

Because Chris still had to go through one more procedure—a final handover with the Romanian Ministry of Magic — Kyle and Newt stayed an extra day to wait for him.

The final destination of the Portkey was the Ministry of Magic.

When they arrived, a haggard-looking male wizard quickly came over.

"New arrivals register here and have their belongings checked... Oh, Chris, it's you."

"Arnold?" Chris looked at the newcomer and asked in confusion, "When were you transferred to the immigration office?"

"It's not a transfer."

Arnold said, "I'm here to help."

"Help?" Chris looked around.

There were indeed a lot of people; a long queue formed in front of the registration desk.

"Are you here to help maintain order?"

"There's nothing we can do about it..." he sighed, "You know, because of Sirius Black's case, the checks here have been really strict lately, and we've been short-handed."

"Thank you for your hard work," Chris said, and then prepared to join the queue.

"Oh... Chris, you don't need that."

Arnold pulled him back. "The Portkey shows you came back from the Romanian Ministry of Magic, so you couldn't possibly have anything to do with that guy, right?"

"Of course," Chris nodded. "There were at least a dozen people there."

"That's why I said I didn't need it." Arnold scribbled a few notes in a notebook, muttering to himself, "Besides, the minister seems to have something important to discuss with you. I don't think he has the patience to wait for several hours. I'll be the one who suffers in the end."

"The minister wanted to see me?"

"Yes, he came by half an hour ago." Arnold looked up at Kyle and Newt.

Chris quickly said, "This is Mr. Newt Scamander, and my son Kyle; we came together."

"Oh, Mr. Scamander ..." Arnold was somewhat surprised, but his hands didn't stop; he continued writing something in his notebook.

"Alright, three people in total, registration complete!"

He quickly closed his notebook and said, "Let's go, don't keep our minister waiting."

A few minutes later, Kyle walked through the Ministry of Magic's corridors, looking completely bewildered.

He was just thinking about how to put the box into Muggle mode, but he didn't expect it to be let through so easily, without even needing to go through any procedures?

"Arnold Peasegood is a Obliviator; we've worked together a few times before."

Chris explained, "Besides, the Romania side should have already contacted the Ministry of Magic before we set off, so in this situation, registration is usually not required."

The three then turned a corner and arrived at the magnificent Ministry Atrium.

Because of their different schedules, the three of them separated after arriving here.

Chris was going to take the elevator to Fudge, while Kyle and Newt walked through the crowd to the two long fireplace corridors.

Like Hogwarts, the Ministry of Magic prohibits Apparition, so they decided to use Floo Powder to get to the Leaky Cauldron first, and then return from there.

Kyle mainly wanted to go to Diagon Alley, Newt just wanted to find a place where he could Apparition, anywhere would do.

Because the Ministry of Magic receives so many visitors every day, even with more than a dozen fireplaces, it's still not enough. People keep coming out of there, and the green flames inside will rise again as soon as they go out.

After waiting a few minutes, one of the fireplaces finally became empty. Kyle quickly walked over and threw in a handful of Floo Powder.

Kyle stepped into the fireplace, and as the scene before him shifted, he quickly moved from the bustling Ministry of Magic to the equally lively Leaky Cauldron.
