As Kyle pondered this, he followed Professor McGonagall and the others through the quiet Entrance Hall, and soon they arrived at the Hospital Wing.

Filch was placed on the innermost bed, and Mrs. Norris immediately jumped on as well. Next to him lay Viktor Krum.

"Professor, why is Krum here too?" Harry asked curiously. He hadn't watched the game and didn't know what had happened.

"He ran into Three-headed Dog," Professor McGonagall said softly. "If he hadn't fired the red signal into the sky in time, it probably wouldn't have been just a simple case of unconsciousness."

"I've said it before, the Acromantula and the Manticore are enough for the maze, there's no need to bring in a Three-headed Dog."

At that moment, Madam Pomfrey, who had just walked over, twitched her lips a few times. Every time Professor McGonagall mentioned a Fantastic Beasts, it had been triggering her.

Although Madam Pomfrey knew that this was Triwizard Tournament, and that there would naturally be no shortage of dangers, that didn't mean she could accept it calmly.

In fact, she had been complaining about Dumbledore ever since the First Task began.

"I really hope they don't do this kind of thing again...at least not at Hogwarts." Madam Pomfrey walked over and muttered under her breath, "Those dangerous things shouldn't even be in the school."

"That's right."

Professor McGonagall nodded in agreement. "But don't worry, the Triwizard Tournament is only held once every five years, and it's hosted by the three schools in rotation. The next time it's Hogwarts' turn won't be for another fifteen years..."

"If they hadn't canceled the competition," Professor McGonagall added as a final remark.

The Triwizard Cup was turned into Portkey, directly leading the Champion out of the competition venue. With such a major incident, coupled with Voldemort's resurgence... it's hard to say whether this event will be canceled again.

However, Kyle wasn't interested in this; he'd already won one championship, so it didn't matter whether it was revoked or not.

Harry next to him is the same; he's already in fourth grade, so he definitely won't be in the next competition.

"Here, take this."

Madam Pomfrey walked over to Harry and handed him a bottle of purple potion.

"You need to drink it all," she said. "This medicine will give you a good, restful sleep."

Harry took the bottle and drank a few sips.

The Potions worked wonders; he immediately fell into a drowsy state, groped his way to the nearest bed, lay down, and fell asleep.

"So, this is yours."

Madam Pomfrey took out another identical bottle and turned to look at Kyle.

"Thank you." Kyle put the bottle in his pocket, planning to drink it when he got back to his dorm.

Madam Pomfrey looked Kyle up and down again, and seeing that he seemed unaffected, she said nothing more.

Just then, the door to the Hospital Wing was pushed open again, and Chris and Diana walked in one after the other.

"Go quickly," Professor McGonagall said. "I think they have a lot to say to you, but this is clearly not a good place to chat."

Kyle nodded, turned, and left the Hospital Wing.

The three of them made their way to the outer courtyard.

"What exactly happened?" Chris asked impatiently. "Why did you suddenly disappear when you were in the Triwizard Cup? I don't remember that being mentioned in the tournament rules."

"It was Karkaroff; he swapped the trophy for Portkey," Kyle said.

He then gave a brief account of what had happened on the mountaintop.

Upon hearing the news of Voldemort's resurrection, Chris trembled violently.

"Is this true?" he couldn't help but ask.

"Professor Dumbledore saw it too, and he's talking to Minister Fudge about it right now," Kyle said.

Surprisingly, the two accepted the news very quickly.

"No wonder Karkaroff volunteered to put the trophy in the maze," Chris said softly. "So that's what he was planning."

"How are you?" Diana grabbed Kyle and examined him carefully.

"I'm fine, Mom," Kyle said. "I used the phoenix feather. Professor Dumbledore came and immediately pushed Harry and me out of the fray."

"And I also have this..." He opened his hand, revealing a ring.

Diana breathed a sigh of relief; she had completely forgotten about Voldemort after hearing his name.

The magic on this ring allows Kyle to Apparition at any time, meaning he can escape immediately unless he goes to a special place like Hogwarts.

"You didn't even know the trophy had been switched? What were you referees doing?" Diana turned her anger towards Chris. "And Dumbledore, how could he let the Death Eaters take someone away right under his nose... When did his vigilance become so low?"

Chris knew he was in the wrong and didn't argue.

If he had known this would happen beforehand, he certainly wouldn't have let Karkaroff touch the trophy, but the problem is, nobody expected it.

So when faced with his wife's anger, he could only lower his head and remain silent.

Kyle didn't say anything either.

His intuition told him that if he spoke up for Chris at this moment, he would definitely be reprimanded. It was better to remain silent until Diana's anger fell on him.

Fortunately, a few minutes later, an owl suddenly flew across the dark night sky and landed in front of Diana.

Unlike other owls, it has blue eyes and no letters on its claws.

Upon seeing Diana, it opened and closed its mouth as if trying to say something.

But strangely, Kyle didn't hear anything at all.

"These are mission owls from the Department of Mysteries," Chris explained in a low voice. "Only the Unspeakable can hear them."

Kyle nodded.

At this moment, the owl also closed its beak and flew back into the night sky.

Diana looked somewhat agitated.

"I have to go back now. We can talk about your problem later." Diana glared at Chris first, then looked at Kyle.

"And you too. I don't care what you've discovered or what ideas you have, but before the holidays, you'd better stay in the castle and not go anywhere, or else..."

Diana narrowed her eyes, and Kyle felt the surrounding temperature drop instantly. He quickly nodded and said:

"Don't worry, I'll stay at school and not go anywhere."

"Very good," Diana said, her eyes softening considerably. "Things are different now. Be careful in everything..."

She stepped forward and gently kissed Kyle's forehead.

However, just as Kyle was about to say something more, he noticed that Diana's expression had changed again.

"Tell me the truth!" she said sternly, "When you were on that mountaintop, did you kill any Death Eaters?"

this...

Kyle's heart skipped a beat.

To avoid unnecessary trouble, he didn't tell anyone about this, including Harry, whom he had specifically instructed to do so when he first returned.

Harry knew the seriousness of the matter, so he selectively ignored it when speaking to Dumbledore or Sirius, only saying that Kyle had used fire to drive back the Death Eaters.

But how did Diana know...? Her tone just now wasn't one of doubt, but rather one of certainty.

"Tell me, is that right!" Diana asked again.

"Yes..." Seeing that he couldn't hide it any longer, Kyle could only say in a low voice, "But it's not my fault, he just ran too fast. Besides, I was just protecting myself, the Auror shouldn't cause me any trouble..."

"If it really Death Eaters, then it's alright." Diana waved her hand, interrupting Kyle.

She frowned and pondered for a moment, seemingly growing angrier the more she thought about it. She glared at Chris again, gritting her teeth as she said, "Look what you've done!"

"I..." Chris opened his mouth, but finally let out a soft sigh.

To be honest, this was something he hadn't expected, and he also didn't want Kyle to get involved in this kind of thing too early.

Even if they had to go through another war like the one they fought more than a decade ago, facing Voldemort and the Death Eaters, it wouldn't be Kyle's turn, a student who hadn't even graduated yet.

"Never mind, we can talk about this later." Diana glanced at the time. "I have to go. Remember, no matter what happens, you cannot leave Hogwarts before the holidays."

She gave Kyle the instructions again, then vanished in the blink of an eye.

Kyle paused for a moment, then instinctively asked, "The school has lifted the restrictions on Apparition?"

"No, this isn't Apparition," Chris shook his head. "It's a special directional spell that allows Unspeakable to instantly return to the Department of Mysteries, but it has many limitations and can only be used when an Owl receives a mission."
