After a simple night's rest, Kyle and Cedric resumed their search for Dementors. Or rather, for quite some time to come, this would be their main task.

Although Fudge felt that this sort of thing should be left to more professional Aurors, he did not object to Kyle's insistence.

Kyle's suggestion of offering bounties to get more wizards involved in hunting Dementors, however, was rejected.

Of course, Fudge wanted to resolve the Dementor problem as quickly as possible. Even when he had visited the Muggle Prime Minister last time, the man had specifically brought it up.

Kyle's method would certainly work, but it required a considerable amount of money.

Since Voldemort's return, he had received reports requesting Galleons almost every day. There simply was no extra money left.

That was also why he had agreed to let Kyle deal with the Dementors. Under the current circumstances, even one extra person was better than nothing.

Meanwhile, after leaving the Ministry of Magic, Kyle did not hurry off to look for Dementors. Instead, he first went to 12 Grimmauld Place.

"Where are Fred and George?" Kyle asked as he ate a sandwich.

"They didn't come back yesterday," Mrs. Weasley said. "There are too many people at the shop. They have to keep making those anti-Dementor necklaces... What about you? How come you have time to come here today? Are you on holiday?"
