In the evening, at the Ministry of Magic in England.
Fred and George had just finished a day's work. Dragging their exhausted bodies along, they cursed Kyle in their hearts as they took the lift down to the lobby, ready to return to Ottery St. Catchpole.
"Gentlemen Weasley..." A slow, drawling voice called out, making them turn their heads instinctively.

"The Department for Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures?" Bob seemed to think of something and shuddered. "Better not. I suddenly think being a little bored isn't so bad. At least I have time to do things I enjoy, unlike you two, busy every day until... Well, never mind. Let's not talk about things that make people unhappy."
Bob changed the subject. "This is for you."
He took out a bulging envelope and placed it on the desk.
"The sender was a foreign owl. You weren't here at the time, so I accepted the letter for you."
"A letter for us..."
"Delivered by a foreign owl?"
