Kyle Apparated to Hogsmeade Village and hurried toward the school.
The school gates stood wide open. Even after Kyle entered the castle, he did not run into Filch or the cat named Mrs. Norris.
Following his memories, Kyle made his way to a corridor on the eighth floor.
"Hey, Kyle, is that you?"
The moment he stepped off the staircase, Kyle heard someone calling to him softly.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione were hiding around a corner, waving at him.
Kyle worked out the timing. By now, his other self should already have used the Time-Turner to return to the past, so he had no more reservations and walked straight over.
"What are you doing here?"
"We should be asking you that," Ron muttered. "Didn't you already graduate? What are you doing at school?"
"I came to watch the show," Kyle said as if it were only natural, glancing behind the three of them.
Good grief. More than a dozen people were crammed into that tiny corner. Those who had arrived late did not even have room to poke their heads out.
So many of you came to eavesdrop, and Gryffindor really wasn't afraid of detention...
As for how Kyle knew they were Gryffindors, of course it was because of the red-and-gold scarves around their necks. Those things were the most obvious sign.
"What a coincidence. So did we," Ron said lazily.
"So, did you learn anything?"
"Nothing." Harry shook his head. "We only know that Professor McGonagall and Minister Bones have been arguing for a long time, so we came over as soon as class ended."
"We only got here a few minutes before you."
"Then never mind. Go play." Kyle instantly lost any interest in talking with them.
"Did you really come just to watch the show?" Hermione studied
