• Bibi Dong gathered faction envoys to seek Lu Yu's Soul Ring limit method, and Lu Yu demanded Spirit Bones in exchange before teaching the factions how to raise Soul Ring limits.
• Lu Yu led his team into the Star Dou Forest, where Hu Liena killed a Crimson Blood Tiger for her Soul Ring and Tang Hao later appeared after Er Ming carried off Xiao Wu.
• Lu Yu and Dugu Bo confronted Tang Hao, who revealed his identity to Tang San and told him that Spirit Hall had caused his mother's death.

• Yan offered Zhu Zhuqing a place with Spirit Hall, defeated Dai Mubai when he objected, and took her away with Dugu Bo after she agreed to go.

Meanwhile, Dugu Bo withdrew his protection from Prince Xue Xing and Xue Beng, leaving Xue Beng determined to seize the throne.

• Bibi Dong assigned Lu Yu, Lu Fei, and Hu Liena to Slaughter City, where they survived its trials, won one hundred matches each, and completed the Hell Road trial.
