Any Heavenly soldiers or generals who approached him—along with magical treasures, immortal arts, broken tiles, and rubble—were all swept away, amid a rising chorus of screams and furious roars.
Yet two bronze-armored foot soldiers alone broke through the fierce winds kicked up by the As-You-Will Staff and charged directly at Sun Wukong.
A Heavenly King standing high upon the clouds, a golden pagoda resting in his palm, asked, "Do either of you know which commander those two soldiers serve under? They actually broke through that demon monkey's tyrannical force!" The generals at his side looked at one another and replied, "We do not know. We do not know." The Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King then said, "My son Nezha, go capture that wild monkey again!
