I'm Still Alive...

Somewhere within a mountain forest in the human realm of Middle-earth.

Without warning, a massive black rift appeared in the sky above this tranquil wilderness, where only birdsong and the wind could be heard. A huge dragon-shaped head fell out of the rift, followed by a thick, long body, and then... there was no more. This purple dragon had only half a body! Along with the half of the purple dragon came great quantities of blood, drifting down like a rain of blood.

Rumble!

The half-bodied purple dragon crashed to the ground, making the earth tremble. The birds in the forest burst from the woods and flew wildly in every direction, clearly frightened out of their wits.

In the sky, the black rift that had appeared so suddenly began to heal rapidly. Yet at the instant it completely closed, something like an indistinct current of air "flowed" out of the rift. Some of the birds flying about were unfortunate enough to be struck by that "wind" and vanished instantly, leaving not even a trace behind. As the strange current flowed over the ground, every tree, flower, blade of grass, rock, and even the soil it touched disappeared without warning. Only after the surrounding expanse had been reduced to a devastated wasteland did that strange current gradually fade away.

At that moment, the half-bodied purple dragon finally went limp, its throat bobbing as it let out a huge breath.

"Looks like I'm not that unlucky after all..." the purple dragon muttered, then burst into loud laughter. His utterly delighted laughter immediately echoed through the mountain forest. As he laughed, the half-purple dragon began to transform, eventually turning into a... well, half a person. Everything below the waist was gone.

Needless to say, this "half-person" was Yin Kuang.

Needless to say, since
