Background / History

Han Li cultivated alone for years and became highly guarded after his experience with Doctor Mo. While at the Ninth Level of Qi Refining, he met Han Chen, an ancestor of immense seniority, in Yellow Maple Valley. Han Chen gave him the Hundred Herb Garden, its restriction token, and guidance in herb cultivation and cultivation practice 135.

Under Han Chen's support, Han Li studied basic spells, cultivated medicinal herbs, refined pills, and advanced rapidly through Qi Refinement. He participated in Yellow Maple Valley's Blood Trial, collected sixty spiritual herbs, and was formally accepted as Li Huayuan's disciple, though Han Chen distrusted Li Huayuan's motives 138 140.
