Background

Lu Heqiu originated outside the Douluo world, where his original strength was sealed by the world's Heavenly Dao. His body regressed into an infant and his consciousness was impaired, leaving him able to act mostly on infantile instinct despite retaining awareness. His power was reduced to less than a tenth of its original level. He believes that following the local cultivation path to its divine realm is his route to returning to his original world, Blue Star. 1

Ma Xiaotao and Cai Meier found him in the Star Dou Great Forest and brought him to Shrek Academy. Yan Shaozhe found no indication that he was a Soul Beast and allowed Ma Xiaotao to care for him after the infant accepted contact from no one else. 1 2
