When Garp's warship arrived at the shore, Tsugikuni Yoriichi was in his office handling documents.
In the Sorbé Kingdom, there were very few people he could use.
When it came to fighting, Yoriichi had quite a few people who could fight alongside him. But when it came to handling administrative affairs, there were not many who could help him.
Mihawk had a goal of his own to pursue. He had not stayed by Yoriichi's side to help him "work in an office." Yoriichi had tried persuading Mihawk to help him, but Mihawk had scoffed at Yoriichi's request.
Kuma wanted to help, but ultimately lacked the ability.
Among those brought from Dressrosa, the young Robin was instead able to help Yoriichi with many things. Being sensible, she had voluntarily become Yoriichi's "administrative secretary."
However, Yoriichi also knew that Robin was still too young. Children needed a happy childhood, so he often had Irene take Robin out to play.
Warm sunlight streamed through the windows and into the office.
Behind his desk, Tsugikuni Yoriichi suddenly put down the document in his hand, raised his head, and looked out the window.
Beside Yoriichi, Robin was kneeling on a chair with her knees tucked beneath her, craning her head to look at the documents in his hands. Her brows were slightly furrowed, her little face filled with thought.
Noticing that Yoriichi had become distracted, Robin tilted her head slightly and asked, "Admiral, what's wrong?"
"Are you tired?"
Hearing that, Yoriichi withdrew his gaze. He turned to look at Robin's concerned face and smiled as he shook his head.
"No. A senior has come to the Sorbé Kingdom."
"Kyros told me before that he had gone to Dressrosa. I thought he would head for East Blue, but I didn't expect him to come here instead."
