A piece of intelligence reached the Marine Branch in the Sorbé Kingdom.
Early the next morning, piercing whistles rang across the entire northern port of the Sorbé Kingdom. The Dawn warship, which had been docked in the harbor for a long time, slowly sailed out of the naval port beneath the morning sun.
At the bow of the Dawn, Tsugikuni Yoriichi stood with one hand resting on the railing and the other hanging over the hilt at his waist. He gazed out at the vast sea, his eyes profound.
"Finally, there's news."
"If we get that thing, the delicate balance with the World Government should be broken, right?"
As Tsugikuni Yoriichi looked upon the sea, countless thoughts ran through his mind.
After entering the South Blue, Tsugikuni Yoriichi had ostensibly focused on developing the South Blue branches. In reality, however, he had spent a great deal of money building his own intelligence network.
Back when Marine Headquarters had cut off material support for the Dawn Sword, it had also cut off its intelligence support.
After leaving the New World for the South Blue, Tsugikuni Yoriichi had been like a blind man without Headquarters' intelligence support, unable to see the South Blue as a whole.
That was why he had invested so heavily in establishing an intelligence network, so that he could receive all kinds of information at the earliest possible moment.
In truth, Yoriichi's intelligence network, spread across various regions, had not made any further effort to dig into matters related to the Revolutionary Army. It merely monitored the various "resistance movements" throughout the South Blue.
Those "resistance movements" were internal conflicts within their respective nations, and Tsugikuni Yoriichi had no intention of interfering. Moreover, in his view, the Revolutionary Army's current methods had their merits. At the very least,
