Tsugikuni Yoriichi and Kuzan defeated Golden Lion Shiki, then the Marines used Shanks and Buggy’s capture to draw the Roger Pirates into a confrontation at Water Seven. Roger, Whitebeard, and their crews converged on the island, where Yoriichi fought Kozuki Oden and the Marines faced the pirates before both sides began to gather at the harbor.

• Tsugikuni Yoriichi captured Shanks and Buggy, then joined Kuzan in fighting Golden Lion Shiki, severing Shiki’s arm before Shiki escaped.
• After repairs in Water Seven, Yoriichi challenged drunken Marines who mistreated residents, and Sengoku promoted him and Kuzan before announcing the Fortress Plan.
• The Roger Pirates reached Final Island and completed their voyage, while the Marines prepared Water Seven for their arrival and Roger sailed there to rescue Shanks and Buggy.
• Roger and Rayleigh clashed with Garp and Sengoku at Water Seven as Yoriichi fought Kozuki Oden, who showed he could hear Yoriichi’s attacks before Roger struck Yoriichi aside.
• Whitebeard arrived atop a tsunami, and Sengoku and Rayleigh cleared a path for the Moby Dick to dock as Whitebeard asked for Oden.
• Roger declined to tell Yoriichi the secret of Final Island, then Yoriichi tested Marco’s phoenix healing before Oden returned and blocked his attack.
• Garp fought Marco after Marco charged him, and Roger, Shanks, and the others gathered with Oden and Marco near the mountain’s foot.

Tsugikuni Yoriichi established the G-ICE Branch, uncovered a World Government ship’s child kidnappings, and killed Golden Lion Shiki during an attack on Migo Town. Summoned to Marineford after his promotion, he met Issho at Emerald Peak Duchy and began investigating the conflict surrounding him.

• Roger and Whitebeard escaped Water Seven, while Yoriichi gave Sengoku a Roger Pirates Vivre Card and was assigned to establish the G-ICE Branch with Kuzan.
• Yoriichi investigated the disappearance of children from Migo Town, discovered them imprisoned aboard a World Government ship, and killed the CP0 and Cipher Pol agents there.
• Yoriichi and Kuzan established a Marine outpost in Migo Town, where Yoriichi killed Golden Lion Shiki and defeated his invading pirate fleet.
• Marine Headquarters promoted Yoriichi to vice admiral and granted him limited authority to establish a New World branch, while newspapers spread news of his victory.
• Yoriichi left G-ICE for Marineford and met Issho at Emerald Peak Duchy, where a meteorite and the deaths of Viscount Wenbulai and his men led Yoriichi to doubt the witnesses’ account.

Yoriichi recruited Issho and built a new Marine unit, then confronted CP9 when they attacked Tom’s shipyard in Water Seven. After the Dawn was completed, Yoriichi and his crew sailed into the New World.

• Yoriichi declared Issho innocent, recruited him into the Marines, and chose Dressrosa as the site of his new branch, Dawn.
• Yoriichi commissioned Tom to build a warship, then visited Shimotsuki Village and invited Koushirou to join his crew.
• At an East Blue tavern, Mihawk challenged Issho, but Yoriichi defeated Mihawk and brought him along with the Marines.
• Tom began designing Yoriichi’s ship as CP9 seized Dock 1 and killed Borton, prompting Yoriichi’s group to intervene.
• Yoriichi arrested the surviving CP9 agents and recorded their confessions, while Issho secretly killed their leader, Furu.

Tsugikuni Yoriichi built the Dawn Branch on Dressrosa, defeated Gecko Moria, and captured Gol D. Roger, drawing the world’s attention to the Marines. As Roger faced execution, Yoriichi’s crew pursued his family’s location while the branch survived Douglas Bullet’s attack and gained Borsalino as a combat advisor.

• Kyros recovered the Mera Mera no Mi from a sunken pirate ship, but Yoriichi declined to eat it and offered it as a reward for Marines who could endure a fight with Mihawk or Issho.
• Lou Winter’s pirates raided Dressrosa, and Yoriichi later led the Marines in defeating Winter and his crew, giving Kyros the chance to avenge his hometown.
• Yoriichi used pirate bounties to fund relief and established the Dawn Branch, which grew as the Marines protected Dressrosa and trained there.
• Yoriichi, Issho, and Mihawk attacked Thriller Bark, where Yoriichi killed Gecko Moria and the Marines seized his treasure and captured pirates.
