• A vast purple-scaled finger crushed the Human Race expert’s swordlight and took away Xi’s Dao imprints, leaving only news of the expert’s death.
• Xi Li advanced to Void Return through the Dao of [Yin] and [Sword], but she could not remember the erased expert and wept in the Inheritor Holy Land.
• Heavenly Will Immortal’s erasure left the Beast God Realm with no memory of the expert’s identity, and the Beast God Race launched another purge in Year 986.

Ming and the Beast God Race were struck by a strange affliction that twisted their bodies and souls before a distant voice restored them. Outside the Beast God Realm, Bie Xuening fought off its defender and opened a fissure, and Remorse led the five Taixuan True Immortals inside.

• Ming became overwhelmed by questions as her body parts and a figure resembling her claimed their own identities.
• The guests at Ming's birthday banquet and Void Return cultivators across the Beast God Realm mutated until a distant voice restored them to normal.

Remorse then entered the mortal world to help its Human Race, while Yuanjun said the group would soon be able to address their plight.

Confusion dealt with the Beast God Race in the Cangyue Empire while Bie Xuening and the Charm Ancestor entered Xu Xing’s hidden Inheritor Holy Land. They approached Xi Li, whose lost sight began to return as she sensed them.

• Remorse gave Confusion 6,716,217 people to handle and told him the realm’s Human Race would deal with the remaining Beast God Race.
• Confusion destroyed the enormous seven-headed bird, whose gore became dark-red birds that transformed Beast God Race members they encountered into monsters.
• Bie Xuening and the Charm Ancestor traveled to find Xu Xing’s hidden Inheritor Holy Land, and Bie Xuening revealed she had created Little Yellow Duck Sword Qi after the Charm Ancestor stole her painting.

Xi Li watched the Human Race build a new home in the Cangyue Empire and reflected on the sacrifices that had brought them there. As she and Fumu sensed a clash tear open the night sky, the Beast God fell from the heavens.

• Yuanjun, Charm Ancestor, and Bie Xuening recalled rebuilding after the Cang Race’s defeat and discussed leaving this world and whether Dao Brother would leave the Great Profound Realm.

The Beast God emerged from the Heavenly Will and faced five True Immortals of Taixuan, who turned their attack toward the realm’s Heavenly Will instead. As the immortals dragged it out with threads of cause and effect and struck it with a sword, a red-clad woman appeared to join the effort.

• The Beast God descended into the Beast God Realm and challenged the five powerful beings who had gathered there.

Charm Ancestor and the other immortals drew the Beast God Realm’s Heaven’s Will out of the world and destroyed its will. As Remorse battered the Beast God until he could barely recover, rain fell across the realm, and the Beast God realized that the Heaven’s Will had fallen.

• Charm Ancestor drew the Heaven’s Will toward her while Yuanjun and Confusion helped pull it out of the Beast God Realm.
• Charm Ancestor pinned down the Heaven’s Will, Yuanjun bound it with karma, Confusion cut away its will, and Bie Xuening unleashed her killing sword lights.
• The Beast God charged Remorse again, but Remorse repeatedly blasted him apart until his aura weakened and his recovery slowed.

Remorse and the other immortals defeated the Beast God after erasing Heaven’s Will, and the Beast God asked to see the Sword Ancestor once more. In Qingxu, Xu Xing sensed a thread of causality from the Beast God Realm and prepared to respond.

• Remorse confirmed that the outsiders had targeted Heaven’s Will from the beginning, and the Beast God accepted his defeat.
• Confusion, Charm Ancestor, Yuanjun, and Bie Xuening returned after destroying Heaven’s Will, and Bie Xuening’s swordlight cleared the storm and sorrow from the sky.
