• Xu Xing gave Hong Qingchen a World Seed, then created a Time Branch and sent cultivators below Void Return away while Yuan chose to stay for the final battle.

After losing to Yuan, Xu Xing reconsidered his place in the past, and Wu Shi led him and Bie Xuening toward a gathering conflict with the Moon-Slaying Dragon Race.

• Xu Xing told Yuanjun that he had become the Dao Source while remaining himself, and planned to straighten out the chaotic past and invite Saint Venerable to the Great Profound Realm.
• Charm Ancestor recruited Chi Jiuyu to investigate the seniors’ childhoods, while the restored Taixuan Immortal Network warned that spiritual essence would vanish from every world within five years.
• Li Ke sent Chi Jiuyu through the time traversal program, and Chi Jiuyu witnessed Bie Xuening raise her from infancy before the journey carried her back to Xu Xing’s childhood.

Xu Xing left the Eastern Wasteland to strengthen the Human Race and confront those who exploited it. After meeting Hong in the Heaven Domain and teaching settlements in the Xuan Domain, he challenged the Floating Moon Spirit Clan's sacrifices and returned to confront Ruo.

• San Shi left with Zhou Cheng, but Chi Jiuyu killed Zhou Cheng and identified herself to San Shi as a Human Race Spirit Transformation cultivator.
• After the Moon-Slaying Dragons attacked the settlement, Xu Xing and Bie Xuening carried the wounded Yuan and Hong to safety, and Hong later departed for the wider domains.
• Xu Xing, Bie Xuening, and Yuan returned to the Eastern Wasteland, where Yi reached the Nurturing Self Realm at the cost of his body, mind, and magical power.
• Xu Xing reached the peak of Nurturing Self, created a Human Race spirit-refining method, and left the Eastern Wasteland after more than two hundred years with Bie Xuening and Yuanjun.
