I reduced my alprazolam dosage these past two days and discovered I'm already addicted.

Without proper measurement, I feel nauseous and dizzy as soon as I sit down at the computer desk, and anything I force myself to write is based on my thesis defense.

I need to go see a doctor and take a week off.
