Xiao Yi Xian had come to terms with it.

She didn't know whether Xiao Yu had elders hiding nearby, some other trump card or source of confidence, or if he was simply a reckless young calf who feared no tiger.

With Yao Da and the others right behind them, Xiao Yi Xian had only one thought.

Green light flared around his fist, making it look as if it were made of wood. A fierce force gathered around it as he drove it toward Xiao Yu's face.

Xiao Yi Xian shouted a warning.

But by the time she'd finished, Xiao Yu had already struck.

He clenched his fist and slammed it into Mu Li's.

Mu She rushed to Mu Li's side. When he saw the injury, his eyes turned bloodshot.

Mu Li's face contorted, swelling until it nearly closed the only slits where his eyes could be seen.

He couldn't accept it!

He'd been slapped yesterday, and he'd thought it was because he'd been careless and caught off guard.

But today, even his all-out attack had been defeated head-on by Xiao Yu.

"Son, hold on. I'll catch him right now!"

Mu She rose to his feet. Dou Qi surged through his body, forming a thin layer like a gauzy robe over his skin.

Xiao Yi Xian came back to herself. Her voice trembled, full of disbelief.

The next second, she saw Xiao Yu turn toward her. A faint white flame glimmered in his eyes as he stared at her.

"You saw all that, didn't you? This is my secret."

The corners of Xiao Yu's mouth lifted slightly, giving him an intensely dangerous air.

Is he going to kill me to keep me quiet?

A thought flashed through Xiao Yi Xian's mind. She hurriedly covered her eyes. "What? What? How did sand get in my eyes? I can't see anything! Oh no, oh no, is Yao Da coming to capture me?"
