• Kazuhiko treated Shota’s insecurity and encouraged him to pursue awakening his Sharingan, while Shisui and Itachi began discussing the Uchiha’s struggle for equality within Konoha.
• Kazuhiko strengthened his body and chakra, sought genjutsu training from Kurenai Yuhi, and used his clinic work to build trust with Shota and his family.

Kazuhiko advanced his psychological clinic and earned the Third Hokage’s mission to treat Tsunade’s Hemophobia, while Danzo tried to recruit him into Root. Kazuhiko and Kakashi reached Hot Spring Town, where Tsunade rejected the mission and Shizune suggested they try again the next day.

• Yutaro urged the Uchiha to fight Kumogakure, impeach Sarutobi Hiruzen, and investigate the Nine-Tails’ true culprit, while Kazuhiko chose to support a new Hokage and seek Tsunade.
• Kazuhiko used genjutsu to help Shota awaken the Three-Tomoe Sharingan, and Hiruzen supported the Psychology Clinic while Danzo demanded that Kazuhiko and Shisui join Root.
• Kazuhiko gained new abilities, recruited Kurenai Yuhi for his clinic, and accepted Hiruzen’s mission to treat Tsunade’s Hemophobia in return for access to the Yamanaka Clan’s basic mental support techniques.
• Kazuhiko left Konoha with Kakashi, befriended Guy, and secretly developed Storm Release, which Kakashi promised not to report to the Hokage.
• Kakashi and Kazuhiko tracked Tsunade to Hot Spring Town, where a Root shinobi tried to recruit Kazuhiko with research offers and photographs of Kurenai, but Kazuhiko refused.
• Tsunade rejected Kazuhiko’s mission and ordered him and Kakashi to leave, while Shizune explained that Tsunade was upset over her debts and suggested they return the next day.

Kazuhiko treated Tsunade’s hemophobia, recruited her to return to Konoha, and helped her survive Danzo’s assassination attempt. Tsunade returned as a Hokage candidate, while Kazuhiko gained new powers and faced hostility toward the Uchiha.

• Kazuhiko reassured Shizune that he would cure Tsunade and bring them back to Konoha, then teamed with Kakashi to take a bounty mission and pay Tsunade’s debts.
• Kazuhiko and Kakashi purged a Jashin cult, and Kazuhiko gained Jashin’s favor and the dangerous Jashin Immortality trait before rejecting its influence.
• Kazuhiko used Fanatic Bloodlust to suppress Tsunade’s fear of blood, then persuaded her to return to Konoha, investigate the Nine-Tails Incident, and train him.
• Danzo ordered Root to assassinate Tsunade, but Kazuhiko rescued her from the ambush and killed two fleeing Root shinobi while sparing Tenzo.
• Kazuhiko accused Danzo of targeting the Uchiha, gained Kamui through a Jonin draw, and learned that Tsunade would be welcomed back and considered for Hokage.
• Tsunade returned to Konoha and accepted the prospect of becoming Hokage, while villagers criticized her candidacy and insulted the Uchiha.
• Kakashi took Kazuhiko to a rooftop to avoid the angry crowd, while Guy followed and renewed his challenge to Kakashi.

Kazuhiko strengthened his ties to the Uchiha, trained his Sharingan and Phantom Body Flicker, and became entangled with Kurenai and Tsunade while Danzo plotted against him. He joined Tsunade’s campaign against Kumogakure, where Konoha captured a fortress and faced the Fourth Raikage, as Orochimaru appeared in the middle of the battle.

• Kazuhiko watched Kakashi defeat Guy, then learned Fugaku suspected he had awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan after Fugaku’s vision showed Danzo repeatedly losing to him.
• Kazuhiko gained new traits, equipped Underworld Gaze, and used it to glimpse his own safe future before perfecting his Three-Tomoe Sharingan.
• Kazuhiko demonstrated his Phantom Body Flicker to Shisui, defeated him in a duel, and declared that he would become Hokage as the Uchiha debated their future.
• Danzo ordered Root to monitor Kazuhiko, Shisui, and Tsunade while Kazuhiko counseled Itachi and arranged for Guy to train him.
