At that, Tokiju immediately opened his book and put on an extremely serious expression.
After all, today's lesson concerned how much of a threat the Konoha High Command thought he was. Even if he had to fake it, he needed to look very serious.
The morning's lessons felt endless to Tokiju, and he couldn't even afford to zone out. It was like being locked in a cell.
Fortunately, the lessons finally came to an end, and now it was time for the much-anticipated lunch break.

Tokiju found an empty corner and pulled out a few bags of snacks to fill his stomach.
Just as he was tucking in, he suddenly sensed Little Itachi's chakra drawing closer.
Seeing this, Tokiju was puzzled. "Itachi! What's he coming to see me for?"
Soon, Little Itachi appeared in front of Tokiju.
When he realized the other boy had noticed him, Little Itachi lifted the lunchbox in his hand and asked, "Tokiju, can I eat lunch with you?"
Tokiju didn't refuse. He wanted to see what the other boy was up to, too.
