Brewing Tea and Discussing Heroes, X and His First Meeting with the White Fang of the Leaf
Breakfast quickly ended in an awkward and strange atmosphere.
Obito was leaving, the Sun-Earring Boy stood up to say goodbye. Itachi rose to see him off. Mikoto opened the door, letting a ray of sunlight stream into the entryway. Roy remained seated on the tatami mat, his back to everyone, sipping his after-dinner tea. At one point, he said, "Obito."
Obito just put on his shoes when he suddenly turned around. Roy tilted his head and looked at him. "Please use these eyes to protect what you want to protect."
Obito's body trembled as he recalled everything he had just experienced in the Illusion Jutsu. He clenched his right fist and pulled it down, saying with utmost solemnity, "I will!"
Yes, definitely!
"Squeak~" The door opened. "Goodbye, Ash."
Goodbye, Itachi.
The Sun-Earring Boy bowed slightly to Mikoto again, then smiled and said, "I will come to visit again."
Turning to leave, Uchiha Mikoto leaned against the door, waving at the Sun-Earring Boy's retreating figure. "Next time you come, remember to take off your coat, Auntie will wash it for you."
Obito felt a warmth in his heart, nodded, and then started running towards a training ground in the Northern Forest. Today was just like any other day, with special training from his teacher. However... things were different today. Obito's expression was solemn, and his right hand touched the corner of his eye, where a trace of blood flowed. His pace quickened unconsciously, and he disappeared from the Uchiha Clan's territory in the blink of an eye.
"He's a poor child,"
"She's a strong child too."
The door creaked shut.
In the inner bedroom, Fugaku, dressed in a black, tight-fitting combat suit and a green Jonin vest, strolled out and sat on the futon where Obito had just been sitting. He quickly ate a few bites of the breakfast Mikoto had brought him and said in a deep voice, "If his teacher hadn't been Namikaze Minato, the clan would have allocated more resources to nurturing him."
Namikaze Minato, the Yellow Flash, a disciple of the Legendary Sannin, a grand-disciple of the Hokage, and the lover of the Sarutobi Hiruzen -Nine-Tails Jinchuriki... He was also someone whom Hiruzen Sarutobi had high hopes for. With such a person as his teacher, it's perfectly normal for the clan to treat him differently due to their respective positions.
"Does Father think I shouldn't open his eyes?" Roy sipped his tea leisurely, pretending to form hand seals to summon a Shadow Clone, and headed to the Ninja Academy as usual.
After finishing breakfast, Fugaku pulled Itachi into his arms, gently patted his head, and said, "You don't need to use your Clone to go to school anymore. The Hokage has already granted you permission to graduate early."
"He gave his permission, but I didn't agree."
"You blew up the school," Fugaku glared at him.
Roy corrected him righteously, "That wasn't an explosion... it was the Hokage testing us."
"So, if anyone's to blame, it's... the Hokage."
Fugaku:""
For a moment, he couldn't find any words to refute it. After all, Roy was stating the facts, it was just that his "fireball technique" was so powerful that it didn't seem like a D-rank ninjutsu.
"Never mind," the man sighed silently after a moment, and said to Roy in a low voice, "I have no objection to you Obito awaken his Sharingan. He's also a child that Zuo Yun has taken a liking to."
Zuo Yun?
that..
"The White Fang of the Leaf, Sakumo Hatake?"
Itachi nestled in Fugaku's arms, peeking out with his little head, and said, "Sakumo Hatake said last time that he wanted to be my Nii-san's mentor."
"Yes, it was him." Fugaku gently helped Itachi tidy his hair, then looked at Roy and said, "He said that among the younger generation, he values the three children the most."
"One Obito,"
"Might Duy's son, Might Guy, one, and another,"
"You."
Might Duy, Eight Inner Gates... Roy didn't care that he was chosen by Sakumo Hatake. After all, the other party was born with a pair of discerning eyes and his strength was above that of the Sannin. There was nothing to say. However... the Eight Inner Gates technique, at its peak, almost killed Uchiha with a single kick, and could even break a scepter made of Truth-Seeking Balls. Its strength is evident.
At least... Roy felt that the Eight Inner Gates was far more powerful than the "Demon Slayer Mark" or even the defense of Susanoo!
"White Fang, you flatter me." Roy replied casually, coming back to his senses. Calculating the time, it wasn't long before the other person died; perhaps the next... mission would be on!
Fugaku gave a noncommittal hum, stood up, and went to his shift. Just before leaving, the man suddenly said, "Jin, I don't expect you to be strong, I only hope you're safe. Do you understand?"
Roy paused slightly, turning his head to look at Fugaku again. For a moment, it was as if he saw Silva; the two figures seemed to overlap and intertwine... This warmed his eyes slightly. He lowered his gaze and whispered, "Mm."
"Alright, let's go. Jin's all grown up now, isn't he more sensible than you?" Mikoto was in the entryway, pushing Fugaku out the door.
Itachi watched this scene quietly beside Roy, his gaze shifting between Mikoto, Fugaku, and finally back to Roy, as if he couldn't get enough of looking at him.
After a while, the little boy broke free from Fugaku's embrace, stood up by himself while holding onto the table, grabbed Roy's arm and shook it, saying, "Nii-san, let's go practice our swordsmanship too."
"Brother Shisui is probably already waiting at the training ground."
Roy reached out and pinched Itachi's slightly chubby cheeks, downed his tea in one gulp, and gave the Sun-Earring Boy a mischievous smile, "Then you'd better hurry."
With a "bang," the person turned into a cloud of white smoke and disappeared in an instant.
"That's Shadow Clone, so the one who just went out... that's... Nii-san?" Itachi was stunned for a moment before he suddenly realized what was happening. He took off running after him, taking off his sword just before leaving and gripping it tightly in his hand. This time... the Sun-Earring Boy secretly vowed that he would definitely not be inferior to Shisui- san.
But, a year's difference means a difference in strength... a year's difference means a difference in experience... It was still Ten Thousand Swings, "Shisui was, after all, older than Itachi by more than a year. With a basket full of pebbles hanging in front of his sword, he swung his sword more easily and steadily than Itachi.
"One thousand... one thousand one... one thousand two..."
"
In a secluded training ground in the Southern Forest, two younger swordsmen were struggling to swing their swords. Roy materialized his Cane Sword and silently pondered, holding Eclipse. Since his Bankai, he hadn't seriously wielded a sword for a while. Looking at Shisui and Itachi, he couldn't help but recall the days when he studied Swordsmanship with Urokodaki Sakonji. Only back then, he had a group of senior brothers and sisters like Seito Makomo by his side, but now... it was his younger brother.
It truly proves the saying... Time flies, but things change and people change.
At that moment, a ray of sunlight shone down, and the Sun-Earring Boy looked up at the sky. The Great Sun seemed to be looking back at him as well. Overwhelmed with emotion, he assumed a stance, steadyed himself, gripped the Eclipse sword with both hands, and then closed his eyes to rest...
Holding fast to one's original aspirations is like returning to that misty, sunless Mount Sagiri, where one first practices swordsmanship under the tutelage of one's teacher, Urokodaki Sakonji, and at a certain moment...
The moment he opened his eyes, his blade flashed, a snow-white streak carrying unparalleled momentum, traversing a distance of nearly several hundred meters, forming a beautiful Crescent Moon Slash that struck a large tree!
The big tree snapped!
Cut in two...
Behind him was a man with flowing white hair, resembling Kakashi, but much older Kakashi!
