And losing control meant being assimilated by Natural Energy and turned into some kind of monster.

He only wanted them to save his captain first.
"With an injury this severe, even if she'd been brought to the hospital the moment she was hurt, there'd have been nothing we could do. The wound is too large. We simply can't close it.
"Unless we use the Creation Rebirth Technique. But that requires a Medical Ninja at Lady Tsunade's level, leading more than a dozen top Medical Ninjas in shifts. Only then can the technique be used.
"Lady Tsunade left Konoha over twenty years ago. There's no one at Konoha Hospital now who can use this technique."

"Leave her to me. You should get yourself treated first."
Kimura Takuya walked past the one-armed ninja.
"Kid, this isn't a joke. Even the acting director can't use the Creation Rebirth Technique. What do you think you can do?"
"When people enter this world, they're delivered by someone's warm hands.
"To die on a cold hospital bed like this would be too lonely. Let me try. If I fail, at least I'll be the one to send her off.
"Besides, I'm not going to use that technique. I'm going to use a new one I developed myself."
"No! A newly developed technique is even worse. A ninja's body can't be used as a prop for practicing Ninjutsu.
"I can't allow it. You haven't even been hired yet, kid. You're not a Medical Ninja, and you have no right to use Medical Ninjutsu in my ward!"
Kimura Takuya glared at the Medical Ninja who had spoken.
