As the Imperial Army gradually took control of the walls of the Molanssen Alliance's enormous city and began advancing through the districts toward the central towers where the upper class and religious personnel resided, the Adeptus Custodes and Thunder Warriors were deployed.

Like a gun, the orbital relay station rapidly fired every drop pod in succession. Their landing sites were the underground sections of towers whose teleportation points could not be resolved by the teleportation devices and were protected by various factors.

At that moment, Terra's Northern Hemisphere had rotated out of the sun's light, and night covered the surface.

The drop pods swiftly entered the atmosphere, their blazing trails staining the sky blood-red.

The drop pods rapidly reached the outside of the Void Shield. Just before passing through it, they sharply decelerated to a speed that would not trigger interception. The only unexpected factor in this war was the Molanssen Alliance's astonishingly efficient communications. The Thunder Warriors and Adeptus Custodes encountered interception immediately upon appearing at every target site.
