When the Emperor emerged beside the spear embedded in the ground, he froze for a moment at the sight of this world.

The celestial body existed in the Real Universe in a distorted form.

It had become a square box, with land above and on all sides, while the oceans floated in the air.

The rocky layers of the surface resembled water blown outward by a gust of wind. They had even formed a spectacular sight like towering waves.

Space was inverted, and the ecosystem was in chaos.

For a moment, the Emperor felt as though he had never left the Warp, because such bizarre sights were common only there.

In a massive crater, the Emperor spotted Qin Mo's solitary figure.

Qin Mo sat on the ground, gazing at sunlight and clouds that had somehow penetrated the planet's shell.

He sat curled up, arms wrapped around his legs and back hunched over, looking especially desolate and lonely.

A sword and a scepter were embedded on either side of his lonely figure.

The sword was an ordinary Chainsword. It looked very new and had probably just been made.

But the scepter made the Emperor pay closer attention.

Because the Double-headed Eagle on it was unlike any he had seen before.

It was clearly the aquila of the Imperium, but its exact appearance was different.

Neither weapon possessed any other unusual qualities. They were merely newly forged weapons.

The only thing the Emperor found curious was why Qin Mo was not using the spear he had given him, but instead these two new weapons that would offer no additional help in a battle against a C'tan.

"Are you hurt?" The Emperor crossed the distance in an instant and looked at Qin Mo.

Qin Mo raised his head, his face heavy with pain.
