Fabius had clearly tampered with the memories of all the Primarchs.

So when Lorgar saw the person before him clearly, he coughed violently twice, then let out a roar and raised a hand to point at Qin Mo.

Qin Mo turned back toward Guilliman and the others, spreading his hands helplessly.

"He isn't a Rangdan."

"If he were, he wouldn't have let all of us out."

Horus struggled to raise his head and swept his gaze over Qin Mo and the brothers behind him.

"Our brothers wouldn't be standing with him, either."

With that, Horus vomited out all the nutrient fluid that had been poured into his stomach, then struggled to his feet.

Perhaps there had been a minor problem with the awakening process. The newly awakened clone Primarchs led by Horus suffered far more severe discomfort.

But even clone Primarchs possessed formidable physiques. They quickly adapted completely to life outside the tanks, returning to normal and moving and thinking just like their originals.

Horus studied Qin Mo.

Instinctively, he felt that the person before him was extremely dangerous. But considering that the other man showed no hostility, he did his best to put on a gentle, friendly expression, smiling and nodding at Qin Mo to convey his goodwill.

The original of this clone Primarch had been quite a legendary figure.

He had fought alongside the Emperor, witnessed the Emperor nearly being killed by Orks, and stepped in to save him. Later, though, he came to believe that it had been a fabricated disaster arranged by the Primarchs' false father, solely to deceive him into forming a father-son bond with his creator.

He had killed Sanguinius and grievously wounded the Emperor.

The rebellion he launched had set the entire galaxy ablaze.
