After finishing his Psychic Power conversation with the Emperor, Malcador took the initiative to speak, asking Qin Mo about the request he had yet to answer—their request to remain.
Hearing the title Lord of Flames and Thunder, Qin Mo nearly lost his composure.
At this point, the Emperor was not yet called the Lord of Humanity, Emperor of the Imperium, God-Emperor, or anything like that. He was the Lord of Lightning and Thunder.
His emblem was an eagle's head with four bolts of lightning extending outward.
Qin Mo had never intended to take that name for himself, but his distinctive use of fire and lightning, along with his actions, had led others to call him the Lord of Flames and Thunder.
And the title had already spread.
As for whether the Emperor and Malcador could remain...
Qin Mo did not want the Emperor and Malcador to stay, because he felt that the two of them were definitely plotting something. From a practical standpoint, perhaps he and the Emperor might one day form an alliance to confront the various Tech Tyrants and lunatics on Terra, but that was a matter for the future.
If they were to become enemies in the future, then he had even less reason to let them stay.
"Since you're also a warlord, and you have your own people, you should go back," Qin Mo said to the Emperor. "This is just a small place with fewer than a hundred thousand people. I have no need for a warlord-level barefoot doctor. Besides, I've studied your medicine. You needn't worry that I won't distribute it widely."
