Standing in the vacuum of space in his physical body, the Emperor could directly sense the Ether Torrent flowing around Titan's entire diameter, then from Titan to Saturn's other moons.
Simply put, the Ether Torrent was Psychic Power that was excessively vast and abundant.
The Bell Ringers controlled the source of the Ether Torrent: an ancient, enormous psychic device left behind on Titan by humanity's ancestors.
Yet the Emperor was not considering what he should do. He was considering whether he had wronged Malcador somewhat.
Because he had said that bringing the Lord of Flame and Lightning along would be more prudent, Malcador had gone into the mobile fortress on the strength of that one remark, bringing with him a precious relic once found by the Seal Bearers.
After thinking it over, the Emperor sighed. He did not know how to compensate Malcador. Overly sentimental gratitude was difficult to voice. What else could he do? He stopped thinking about it.
The Emperor looked toward Titan.
He knew that he used Psychic Power. Even as he stood in the void, he was using Psychic Power to free himself from the constraints of reality's laws. Titan's massive psychic array would easily detect him once he drew near.
He could also use Psychic Power to squeeze Titan into a glass ball. But before powerful Psychic Power could bind and affect the entire moon, the aliens on Titan would still discover him.
