Background / History

Electrolux was once the Child of Light of the Holy Demon Continent. Betrayal by those closest to him, followed by the destruction of his home and country, drove him from holy light into necromancy. He single-handedly created the Scourge of the Undead that swept across his continent 11.

His remnant soul entered Douluo when the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm's sacrifice to Huo Yuhao generated spiritual fluctuations strong enough to disturb the boundaries of space. Although Su Hui identifies him as a guide originally destined for Huo Yuhao, Su Hui's arrival through the Anywhere Door diverted him into Su Hui's sea of consciousness instead 11 12.

The Silver Dragon Spear subsequently released spiritual essence taken from the silkworm. Electrolux quietly absorbed some of this energy, stabilizing his remnant soul. Upon awakening, he recognized the spear as the reason he had escaped a potentially much longer slumber 12 13.

Electrolux is composed and observant. He notices that Su Hui reacts to his presence with recognition rather than fear and waits for an explanation instead of immediately confronting him. Su Hui's confession that he is both a time traveler and an outsider genuinely astonishes him 13.

He respects personal boundaries, declining to press Su Hui about how he learned his identity. His interest in their partnership centers on the intellectual challenge of preserving a sacrificed soul beast's consciousness, rather than on Su Hui's praise 14 15.

Despite his intimidating titles and power, he initially asks the Ice Empress for a calm conversation. When she attacks, however, he restrains her decisively and leaves the negotiations to Su Hui 16.
